Great Xmas atmosphere and top class Sydney scenery. Darling Harbour never disappoints. The only gripe is the parking and time to get to the actual venue. Plan your trip here especially on a Saturday night.

Jess the manager was amazing she assisted in resolving a very disturbing racial issue and training deficiencies of the organisation. Jess promptly resolved the issue.

She assured me I wasn’t being discriminated against as a veteran nor an aboriginal or Torres’s straight Islander by birth. That it wasn’t simply as misunderstanding with her security staff. That I was a human being and should be treated with respect and responsibility.

Ben who should be head of security assured me of this and explained the situation and that I was not being discriminated against as normally they just throw you out and as a trained lawyer you then end up in court with them. This was a much more desirable outcome than the alternative.

Much thanks to Ben, Jess and the team on Friday 16.08.2024.

Great food drink and atmosphere.

Will be back and have the next event here.

I recently checked out Sporting Bar and had a great time. The place has a really fun vibe, perfect for watching games or just hanging out. The staff were super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I was impressed by the variety of drinks and the food was tasty—especially ribs, which hit the spot. It’s definitely a spot I’d recommend for a good time.

Very well located.

This is a great part to catch up with mates and just watching sports late at night. The beer options and cost as well as the ability to buy a pint late at night is really great. Highly recommend coming here for a visit from groups of 2 to 10

First time going this place and I’m amazed how they have mini TV screen (where they turn on the games) in each table!!
Note: we were sitting inside behind the bar and I dont think they would have the screens if you sit outside and on the wood table chair sets.

This was on Tuesday which day they have their rump steak half price deal. (Full price $39.99 not including drinks)

Generous amount of meat and chips and salad. We asked to have the chips changed to string-shoe cut and sweet potato. Meat is very tender and juicy.

The Sporting Globe has this Half Time Lunch deal (on Mon to Wed before 3pm - not sure whether for limited time only or long term promo) at $15.90 with plenty of choices such as: burgers, wraps & bowls. The burgers & wraps came with fries, and such great portions ?! And the bowls were surprisingly good! Loved the nice cold beer too ?.

Sports bar vibe & friendly service, this would be one of my regular lunch spots. I’ve also tried their wings previously for takeaway & they were yum! Family friendly, they have kids menu! Great for group dining, you have the option of order via QR code… but they also have paper menu which has great pictures & details ?
