I used to come here all the time and the food was good. But I guess they changed chefs recently because the food is terrible now. My partner found a hair in his salad, and my loaded fries were dry and a bit overcooked like they left in the microwave too long. It's not worth the $26 for the fries or $30 for the salad.

Spacious sporting venue with plenty of TVs all around the place, ideal for watching UFC or other sporting events.

Food took 55 minutes to prepare which is a very long waiting time - they advised of a 25-minute on the app/website when I placed the order.

The food quality wasn’t bad, but it was warm and definitely not worth the wait. I also ordered the Hickory Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings (no where on the menu does it suggest that wings are spicy). The wings I got were spicy and I could not eat them as I am allergic to spicy food.

We also go wet while watching the Boxing as the roof has major leaks and it started raining during the flights.

All in all, not a bad venue for sporting events, but it definitely needs to adress the food situation and improve the overall service and experience.

Went here for lunch today 12th Sept 24, really good customer service by the lady with the name tag but no name.
My burger came out cold and I returned it because of that. Of course I chopped it in half so they couldn't just heat up the old one. No issue sending it back, brought out a great fresh one soon after.
It was the Champion burger. Basic but very well done too. The chips were meh, I mean they're frozen chips, so who cares really.

Also got a side of wings with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dip. They were really good, a little bit pricey (around $2/ wing) but very good nonetheless.

I downloaded their app, it's full of STUFF. It had the meal deals of the week, but no tab specifically for Thursday, but they had one for the other specials of the week, odd. I will likely avoid ordering through the app, just costs extra, and is a pain.

The Nourish bowl was delicious. Staff always Friendly, meals priced well. DOWNLOAD the APP for even more value. Great place for lunch or dinner or a few cold beverages. .

The worst ever food I’ve had at sporting globe in all my years.

Compare the pair. The driest wings with very little sauce. Not even sure what they did to the cauliflower bites.

Unfortunately, our experience at The Sporting Globe Bar was disappointing. The atmosphere felt chaotic, and the service was slow, even though the bar wasn't overly busy. The food was underwhelming, lacking in both flavour and freshness, and it didn’t live up to our expectations. While it’s a popular spot for sports fans, it didn’t quite hit the mark for us. Not a place we’d rush back to.

We tried The Sporting Globe Bar in Chermside out today. Firstly we were greeted by the friendly and helpful Ellie, made us feel so welcome. We shared the All Star platter and the half rack ribs. The chicken wings were nice and crispy, the onion rings were really tasty and the calamari was tender and done to perfection. The ribs were soft and juicy and the sauce was sweet and tasty! So, great service, great food, five stars for you friends!! The rooftop deck and bar was closed but we'd love to come back to check that out. Thank you for a relaxing, tasty and welcoming night out, we appreciate it!

Tried the vegan buffalo chicken fries, they were ok. the buffalo sauce you use is disgusting so didn’t end up eating my vegan chicken.
The vegan Parma however is delicious. Good portion of food. The little side salad is always fresh and has a nice dressing. Definitely recommend.
