Wow. Best spa experience I’ve had. I stayed at the Hyatt whilst my husband was at a conference there. I booked the Soul Retreat having had a stressful year being diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer. Mary was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience really special and relaxing for me. I can’t recommend the spa enough. Thankyou for a lovely afternoon.

I was a fan of The Spa at Park Hyatt. It used to be fantastic. However, the standard has gone down. The therapist was in a rush and I was scheduled for a earlier appointment upon reaching there 20 mins early as I thought I can wind down and relax. I went with the flow and had my massage early. The therapist did not thoroughly went through my written request and I thought she knew what I wanted. It turned out that she didn’t know what I want, and I have to skip my arm area so that I can get my gluteal muscles done. The massage room also did not offer any Le Labo amenities anymore.

An absolutely terrible experience, has not met the expectations whatsoever. I decided to spend my birthday at this spa, thinking I would get world-class service. But, eventually, all I got was disappointment. I didn’t get anything from the staff for my birthday, and they wouldn’t even allow me to go out on the terrace to see the view since the roof access is reserved for hotel guests… there are no pools, saunas or jacuzzi. In the changing rooms, there are no make up removal kits, no hair bands, no combs and no body lotions. I think the management should try going to a good spa for once to see what services are supposed to be provided.

The spa has a beautiful couples room with great facilities and well structured packages. I enjoyed the spa package though the body scrub they used was harsher than other ones I’ve experienced in Sydney. Although the massage therapists were kind, we felt rushed throughout the course of our treatment when we had to use the shower and change.

Beautiful venue and amazing service. My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves for our birthdays. We had a two hour treatment - facial and then massage. We were walking on air afterward. We had to save up a bit because these kinds of treatments are not cheap but worth every cent. We are going again this year.

I found this spa experience to be extremely basic for the price point. Treatment rooms that are old/tired and pick up outside traffic noise and no spa facilities to use like a steam room, sauna or pool. I wished I'd booked the Crown Spa or Sofitel instead.

We had the couple's spa package. 90 minutes full body, plus champagne and fruit plate. Great masseuse. One star missing because the couple's package says it includes a bath gift but we never received this despite having called up for it, following our massage (we called because we thought the spa forgot to give us the gift on the day).

I had 2 hours of bliss here with the Australian white flannel flower package. Service was excellent, room very clean and ambience was relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely come back to try their other spa packages.
