Our group of ladies recently visited Chateau Elan Spa and had an amazing experience. Elissa was incredibly accommodating with a last-minute booking, ensuring our visit went smoothly. The venue and staff were outstanding, providing a serene ambiance and excellent service. I highly recommend Chateau Elan Spa.

We had the most incredible experience at ‘The Spa’ for a pre wedding signature treatment. From the very beginning Emma greeted us so warmly and looked after us through our time on the hydro deck. Nothing was too much trouble and almost immediately we felt relaxed with a glass of Bubbles in hand! This was followed by one of the best facials I’ve ever had by Chantelle who was so accommodating of my requests and ensured that all the products where ok on my skin- Melinda and Jamyelee provided the same level of professionalism and quality of service ensuring the whole party had the best care! We cannot thank you enough for our fabulous experience. We are already planning our trip back.

We were here last Sunday. The lady at reception had such a sour attitude and face that she ruined the experience for us. Customer service is frankly sub-par for a place that promotes itself under the banner of luxury. When you’re paying close to a grand for an experience, I think it is only fair to expect decent service. Staff just want to get off work and go home and couldn’t give less of a care in the world.

The change rooms are not catered for the number of people that they have entering and exiting the spa AT THE SAME TIME. It was like a high school gym situation, so noisy and chaotic that it was such a horrible UNRELAXING start to our experience. There wasn’t any place to get changed in privacy. They didn’t even leave a robe in my locker for me and I had to go out to ask for one. It was just so pathetic.

The ladies were late to start our treatment and tried to put us in separate rooms even though I had explicitly requested a shared room in my booking and mentioned this was a birthday booking.

We also booked in to the hydrolounge before our treatment but they put us in with two other couples, and it was just so horribly awkward and no space for all of us. Honestly so confused on why this area requires a booking if they force 6 people into the small space anyway. It was just so unrelaxing and uncomfortable from the get go.

Considering the treatments themselves are no different in quality from comparable day spas, I am really confused on why they are charging premium prices. I would not recommend.

False advertisement and rude staff. We found out that half of the package we booked was no longer included at 4pm the day before our booking even though we had confirmation emails. Staff were rude and didn’t offer as much as an apology the situation they had put us in.

Could not recommend this place less.

We did the Couples Retreat with treatments by Bell and Layla. The whole experience was amazing, from the Hydrolounge before to the treatments. The massages were the best we’ve ever had. The scrub and scalp treatments were also incredible and we left feeling so soft and relaxed. Highly recommend, thanks so much girls!

I had the winter retreat package which included an hour long access to the hot and cool jacuzzi on the deck and a facial with scalp massage.
Overall it was really relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The view of the green from the deck and waiting area was spectacular.

"I recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon being pampered at the Spa, I had received a couple of vouchers for my birthday. Started with the use of the hydro lounge and mineral spa then I moved onto a Balneotherapy session, a relaxation massage, and a deluxe Pedicure and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. The atmosphere was calming, and the Spa is so lovely inside with beautiful furnishing and scented throughout and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, on the day Jossie was the therapist who looked after me she was incredibly skilled and very knowledgeable. The massage techniques were both gentle and effective in easing tension throughout my body as this was the first treatment I have had since cancer surgery in 2023 I left feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. The attention to detail and professionalism Jossie showed made the entire experience exceptional.
Thank you so much Jossie I'm already thinking about my next visit and what to try next time.
