The facility is immaculate, calm and professional. I was seen to immediately, and the doctor Heather treated my eye condition quickly. They examined my condition, explained what it was and how I obtained it (a sweat cell near my eye became a cyst). I didn't have to book another appointment to get treated which involved several steps done swiftly. I am impressed and grateful for the team and getting my skin treated with minimal effort. They also have a Medicare rebate so its less expensive overall.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve spent thousands of dollars canceling specialist appointments. Despite booking in advance and physically showing up at the building, I often found myself calling to cancel last minute, paying the full fee without proceeding. However, my experience with Dr. Wagner was different—he immediately recognised my insecurities about my skin and demonstrated genuine care. This motivated me to book and pay for not only my first visit but the next two appointments at the front desk.

Unfortunately, due to Qantas canceling my flight, I had to reschedule one of these appointments. The reception team kindly offered a new time of 12:30 on the same day, which I confirmed via email just 30 minutes later. However, I was informed the following day that this time slot was no longer available. I requested to be placed on a cancellation list, assuming there would be minimal wait given the mess around.

To my surprise, I heard nothing further and was eventually offered a new appointment in mid-March. Frustrated, I requested a cancellation and called to get a refund but have yet to receive a call back despite assurances that I would.

Walking into that building took significant courage, and this experience has been a major setback. The lack of service has left me deeply disappointed.

I had laser to remove some spot pigmentation. Sam was incredible. She was professional with the most amazing bed-side manner. She made me feel very comfortable and the results are excellent. I recommend Sam and will definitely be back in to see her.
