Great food as it has been shared by so many!!!
What caught my attention was the logo of this place! It's got the symbols Zn(Zinc), Pb(Lead) & Ag(Silver). So, I asked the question, why? And got this amazing answer - This is the owners way of aying homage to the city. The city mines zinc, lead, and silver the most. Hence, these are the foundation of their cafe - The Silly Goat! Meaning, The Silly Goat is there as these metals were mined bringing in people to this town!!
Isn't it amazing!!! Loved this bit of info, hope you enjoy reading this as well!!

And, not to forget, the person who took my order got us our coffees, was an amazing person too!!

I did not expect to have one of the best sangas of my life in Broken Hill. We got the chicken and the prosciutto sandwiches. They were so freaking good. Pesto to meat ratio was perfect and the bread was fresh and soft which is my personal preference (unfortunately I forgot to grab a photo). 7 mile roasters coffee was great too

This is a great find for Breakfast. Table order menu service is quick and handy. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food is excellent.

Coffee tasted great, Smoothie options are good and healthy.

Avocado on Saltbush toast with an egg was very tasty and a good sized portion.

The Granola with various dietary options received a two thumbs up from my partner.

We are two Victorian’s. Who have traveled all the way from victoria. To the silly goat broken hill for breakfast. We have had the bacon egg benedict with a side of chilli Jam. Best breakfast we had guarantee. We were impressed and will be back in the future on our next holidays. Great Job!

Nothing silly about this place, excellent Food, well presented and taste Fresh as the day it was served to me.
Had a Black pot of English Breakfast Tea, which was superb and one of the best I had (sorry don't drink coffee, but steady flow of coffee drinkers, so must be good).
You will not be disappointed no matter what you order... Try it for yourself and see...

An edgy cafe with a steampunk vibe that would be right at home amongst the coffee roasters of Sydney and Melbourne. Serving a very fancy coffee indeed, we all loved The Cat's Pyjamas by Seven Miles. The cafe aesthetic is modern and chic and our breakfasts were superb. In fact I have never had a better smashed avo; the saltbush museli was insane! The staff were super friendly and you'll have no trouble finding someone behind the bar willing to talk all things coffee. A surprise find you shouldn't miss if stopping in Broken Hill.

I had Eggs Benedict and an espresso for lunch today. The meal was sumptuous. The espresso was divine but smaller than I'm used to, but that's okay, I trust the Baristta to do what's needed for the grind.
I come here whenever I want a good healthy meal with great flavours. It's my treat to myself.
