Thank you The Shores Team! I have had very good experiences in Gold Coast because of good accommodation. The check in process was a bit running late 15 min but when I got in the room it was amazing and good vibes!

I don't believe they have professional cleaners here, we found dust, hair & dead bugs. Maybe our mistake was checking in on a public holiday when they were short staffed, not good enough. We ran out of tissues they have no staff on site, to replenish anything so if the "cleaners" miss restocking anything I guess it's byo.
We asked for an earlier check-in which they could not accommodate but then they also were not ready for us at our check-in time of 2pm.
There are no toilets in the waiting area either, not good for kids. We told them we were there but had to ask to be let into there after waiting and waiting in the heat outside.
The advertising on last minute is misleading as it is definitely not a 6min walk to the airport!
Beds were clean & comfortable. Fans only in the two bedrooms with air-conditioning only in the lounge room.

Perfect location, room was large with a comfortable couch and bed. I’d stay again and parking bay was fine no issues with a normal sized car.

We have been locked outside of our room for two hours with an 8 years old child Bcz battery on the door lock run out of charge and staff member could not locate a key. I would agree with the comment about narrow car spots and difficulty parking. Another greatest disappointment that on Expedia there are lots of swimming pool photos but it’s actually a private pool for penthouse only. I would have never ever booked this apartments for a family trip if I realised it. I have read description 3 times and yet there is no clear mentioning that swimming pool is private only. New building and it’s clean, but poor facilities for the money I have paid. I don’t say it’s completely bad but I would not recommend it.

Horrible experience. The rooms were amazing and so was the location but the service was absolutely horrible. They didn't tell us how to sign in and they said they would give us the wifi password but it never came. The parking spot was tiny but they swapped to one slightly bigger but was still so small that we could barely exit the car. This was because we have a Kia Carnival so it was very challenging to park as well. On the day we were leaving, we called again to request a bigger car space for it to be more accessible for the luggage. They said they would solve the problem soon but they didn't even reply. Craziest of all was as we were leaving the place the auto gate CLOSED ON THE CAR! It is so dangerous and also has no mirror to see as well?! It left the car with a dent and a scratch! Overall this place is decent as in the hotel itself but I do not recommend this place for families with big cars.

Apparment itself was clean and modern 👌 perfect location and walking distance to beach and within the heart of surfers only negative would be checking in, the pin number provided got changed 30min prior to our arrival and we had to call through customer service for 30min to get it sorted, unfortunately seemed like we weren't the only ones another family were having the same issue and were travelling from overseas so didn't have a working phone to call, so we let them use our phone abit inconvenient to travelling customers to receive a pin number to enter the property then it doesn't work and u need to be given a new one.
