Well kept, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our unit was an older unit which could definitely have used some TLC (wooden doors peeling and sliding door runners needing replacing and cleaning). Pools were clean and very enjoyable. Beach was easily accessible.

Amazing quick and easy check in, lovely neat spacious two storey town house ample room for adult children to chill. Private up stairs balcony. His and hers shower!!! 3 pools and spa for a tropical heaven and a tiny walk to beach with the warmest water I’ve ever felt. Heaps of activities for kids. Love it I could live here…

Stayed a week in the 2 bedroom deluxe villa. Nicole was more than accommodating for us. Having 3 children we needed a rollaway bed which Nicole brought down to us without issues along with extra pillows. Very spacious villa with plenty of natural light. Beds were quite comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. We stayed in villa 32 right behind the pools which was perfect for the kids. Direct beach access just past the pool and a really nice open bbq area with shade cloth. Very convenient kitchen which meant we could cook meals rather than having to buy meals each night. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. The spa bath was a hit with the three kids. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Mackay. Have stayed at a few different places in Mackay with 2 bedrooms, this by far has to be the biggest and best value for money. Its clean, private, great air cons in every room, wifi was amazing downstairs but not so good upstairs. 2min walk to beach and its one of Mackays best. Great pool and bbq area, plenty for kids to do.

The Shores Apartments in Mackay are a fantastic place to stay. It is well suited for people with a disability. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The apartments and grounds are very well kept with the apartments being the largest in Mackay that I have seen. We give the staff and accommodation 10/10.
