I was a regular prior to the new management. I’ve given the cafe a go twice now since the re opening and have left disappointed on both instances. The staff are lovely but something as simple as ordering pastries, is not being executed well. Ordered a toasted ham and cheese croissant and having it come out cold even when double checking with waitress if it had been toasted. Also having to request missing items I had ordered and paid for. Being served food without cutlery? Although I won’t be returning anytime soon, I hope they improve as this is the only cafe within walking distance in the area …

Public holiday Monday. Got 2 coffees to go plus a muffin. Both were meant to be double shot and unfortunately we are at the park having the weakest coffees. Disappointing because not only do you pay extra but you are slapped a surcharge on a public holiday to not get what you paid for.

Great breakfast at this place! I ordered the Shed Breakfast, and it was delicious - the mushroom, bacon, spinach, haloumi, poached eggs, and avocado were all perfectly cooked. My wife had the B.E.A.T wrap, and she loved it too. The service was friendly, and we'll definitely be back for more

Ordered a small cappuccino which is tiny and got coffee flavoured milk. I couldn’t drink it, it was that bad. Decided to give them a second chance and ordered a half chicken schnitzel wrap and was slapped with a $7.50 charge. Have posted the photo so you can see how tiny this wrap really is. I honestly couldn’t tell you what the schnitzel tasted like as there was next to nothing in it and to add insult to the injury, the bottom part of the wrap (about an inch and a half) was empty! I will give them that they’re consistent … consistently bad. On a positive note, the nice friendly guy behind the counter almost makes up for the rest of the staff I encountered that aren’t exactly what I would call customer service material.

The service was notably slow during my visit. Despite having many staff on site and a significant number of customers, the efficiency was lacking. I observed kitchen staff engaging in casual conversations, creating a distracted atmosphere, while the baristas seemed disorganized, unsure of which orders belonged to which customers. For instance, I waited 12 minutes for a small cappuccino, followed by an additional 10-minute wait for my croissants. Orders were being mixed up with little attention to detail. I believe the service needs to improve in speed and efficiency, as continued issues like this could result in a loss of business.

I first wanted to order the Fritter Breakfast. Was disappointed as it wasn't available. My second option was the Breakfast Bowl. It came in a plate so I was confused, but ate it. I wasn't impressed. The quality of the food was low. Salad: unseasoned, bacon: dry, the rest of it was fairly cold. The sourdough was distasteful. The vibe was nice, but other than that, there are better places to find brunch food.

Enjoyed breakfast on Saturday last week. It was cold but we sat outside and borrowed some blankets which kept us warm. Would be great to have heating for outdoors seating. Our breakie options were very nice and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed my vegetarian breakfast there! Worth every penny
