Our Deluxe King Suite was everything we could ask for. The daily house keeping standards were high and the staff wonderful. The buffet breakfast had a huge array of foods that also catered for my dietary requirements. The staff in all areas were cheerful and helpful. The entire establishment was very clean and well maintained. We did not go to Twin Towns but it was a quick internal walk. Restaurants , food outlets and shopping within walking distance. We spent 7 days on wonderful long walks and never went the same way twice. Secure parking. The location appealed to us because we don't like chaos and huge amounts of people at the beach

Booked the Sebel for four nights to check in on my mother in the Tweed. Rooms looked brand new and had a lovely view towards Coolangatta beach. Good size and very airy. No restaurant on site for lunch/dinner but very central to Coolangatta shops and eateries and the Tweed Mall. Breakfast was above generous. Pancakes or omelettes cooked while you waited and huge hot and cold buffet as well. Only negative was every table we sat at was very sticky. Would go back in a second and could happily base myself there for a couple of weeks. Nice outdoor and indoor pool and gym. Mini golf was a bit of fun too.

We are Accor members and chose to spend our free night plus two additional nights here for my wife's 70th birthday. The location is excellent. We had an ocean view from our well-appointed, comfortable room with a generous balcony to inhale the fresh sea breeze.||Our morning walks north to Kirra for coffee and east to Point Danger lookout were breathtakingly beautiful. We struck some amazing weather, and the generously sized pathways allowed for the free flow of two-wheel and two-legged traffic without collisions.||Our birthday celebration was at Twin Towns Chinese restaurant, which serves excellent food at a very reasonable price. We then had drinks in one of Twin Towns' many bars. Everyone agreed it was exceptional, tasty, and cheap, as we were members. ||Highlights also included Siblings restaurant on the beach at Kirra. The shared tasty plates are generous and enough for four adults to share between them. Our amazing waiter advised us that we had ordered too much, and he was correct, as we struggled to get through the six tasty plates we had ordered after his advice to drop two.||The Greenmount Surf Club is also an excellent venue, particularly the coffee shop, which opened for breakfast on street level and has a reasonably priced lunch menu. There is nothing better than sitting, looking at the ocean, and watching the world go by. Beware, the cafe shuts at 12, so eat early.||The new coffee shop under Point Danger Lookout was far too busy for us to get a seat, so maybe next time. Selfish seafood on the Tweed side of the border is also amazing, as was the buffet breakfast and excellent service we received from all the Sebel staff. ||The Sebel is a well-priced stay in paradise.

Loved staying here. Staff are fabulous, always have big smiles and really know how to take care of you. So many great amenities, mini golf, tennis, pools and just to name a few. Breakfast is a must! Food is delicious. The walk over bridge to Twin Towns Clubis such a great idea, makes it so easy to get there for when you are seeing a show or going for dinner. Highly recommend the pizza and listening to the bands performing at The Stage in Twin Towns. Lots of fun things to do in the area, beach is close and so is the river. Tons of local amenities too, massage, beauty stuff, shops, restaurants.
Really enjoyed my stay here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable! The beds and pillows were so luxurious and the staff were fantastic! A short walk through the covered “bridge” to the Twin Towns Club was so convenient - lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great views of the sea and surrounds! We will be back!

Umpteenth stay at The Sebel and another goodie. Check in was fine and much much better than the one three years ago where hopefully the managers have been let go!||Checked in on the Friday and the grandchild saw a sign talking about complimentary things. Off he went and ended up with a choc ice, sweets, and other things. Naturally this Scotsman didn't see it and off we went. Looked for it the following day and it was only Fridays... rats. What was that circular thing in front of reception? Could we have won a couple of free nights? Daughter booked through Accor, we booked through Hotels.com.||Brilliant breakfasts is one of the things we tell all our pals (two of them) about and lots of them have booked The Sebel because of our recommendations (sook sook: free night?) and I left a review on the Sanctuary Cove site telling them to follow The Sebel because theirs was cauld. First morning.... aaaargh.... the breakfast was (mainly) cold. Next two mornings were back to the usual so it was probably just a misdemeanour. The waitresses were as usual brilliant.||I think we must have been "upgraded" because we always book the twin rooms as they always have an ocean view at the front (I do usually ask for a front ocean view but didn't this time). This time the room was a massive and 56m2 which is the size of the deluxe king (haven't found this room on any of the web pages). It was room 422 incidentally. The view was at the back looking over Twin Towns and the Len Evans Harbour but it was fine. I notice that all the deluxe twin rooms aren't ocean views incidentally.||We had the room cleaned each day which I'm sure was unusual as we always thought there was no room cleaning if less than four days... maybe because it was a deluxe.||Daughter and her two sprogs had room 416 and it was, as usual, excellent, although we offered to change with our big yin but they preferred the ocean view.||No idea why but the Friday night was around $350 while the Sunday was only $180. There didn't seem to be any reason for it as it's not holidays or any big time band playing. A week later we would have saved $300. Rats again.||Indoor pool - great, putting - great, outside pool - great, Reception great and it was terrific that there weren't millions of coppers complete with guns milling about reception this time. There were two but I didn't see guns so maybe they've been told not to.

The Sebel twin towns is a 15 minutes drive to Gold Coast Airport. Centrally located, walking distance to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
The room was clean, spacious with view to the beach.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was attended to daily, bed made and fresh towels changed
There's plenty of undercover parking which was never an issue.
THE Sebel put on a full buffet breakfast every morning and it's absolutely worth it! The food were so good. Scrambled, fried or poached eggs, or the Chef can whip you an omelette or pancake. Bacon, Sausages, mushrooms, beans, cereals, coffee, tea, juice, they had it all.
Approximately 40 mins to the theme parks and 90 minutes to Brisbane city.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there!

We stayed for a week at were generally very happy.
Our suite was lovely, spacious, well-appointed and kept clean and tidy.
But the internet was very spotty - sometimes had to leave the unit to get any. This affected the television, as well. The internet was the responsibility of the Twin Towns Club, not the resort.
The traditional "Accor Plus" welcome drink was unavailable because the Twin Towns Club ran the bar and restaurant, not the resort.
Once the confused management issues are sorted, this would be the premiere place to stay on the South end of the Gold Coast
