Short stay, room was better equipped than expected. Very friendly staff, and reasonably clean rooms.
Biggest disappointments were the price matching (lots of conditions which weren't obvious until after I'd booked, could have saved myself $30 booking through a third party), and parking. I was lucky enough to get on street parking, but if I hadn't, the additional cost is pretty steep.

Lovely rooms! Very accommodating staff and our puppy was well provided for! Best pet friendly accomodation we have found. Wonderfully clean and modern. Dog park and restaurants within walking distance. Could not have asked for better

Not like any Sebel I have stayed at before.
The cleanliness of this hotel was appalling.
Animal fur and all kinds of stains on rug.
Room service cleaning did. It clean our rooms once in our 3 night stay .
Dirty hand prints on doors, mirrors and windows. Coffee stains on counter and dining table.
Felt quite disgusting.
On top of this a horrible stench in hallway and my parents room .
Complained to staff but was only offered a “sorry” and a bottle of air freshener. Front staff was very kind however the price of rooms does not reflect the service you will receive. Will not be back.
Oh also- always had to ask for fresh towels and even did not receive towels one day for our family of 5 .

The apartment was nice. Good location. Good parking.
Kitchenette facilities were suitable for our purposes.
Comfortable beds. One very small bathroom between 4 people.
Furnishing was weird and not made for human comfort - only 2 uncomfortable stools at the dining table for a family of four. The lounge chairs were also inadequate and very uncomfortable. The marble coffee table was broken when we arrived.
It was great to be able to bring our dog - great park diagonally opposite.
I would stay here again….. although i hope they replace the furniture in the lounge/dining space !

The room was of a normal size.
The kitchen was well equipped except there was only one knife, one spoon and one fork, we had to ask for more.
There was a dob barking in the corridor early in the morning that woke me up.
The pressure in the shower was not good.
The bed was huge and fine.
products in the bathroom were smelling very good.

Parking: $25 night; nowhere to stop to check in to arrange car park access ||Room: |- Good size|- Nice kitchenette. Seating provided but not ideal for dining |- Bar fridge with small freezer that was iced up (staff did help to clear it but it took a long time with a hair dryer and a lot of towels)|- Washer dryer in cupboard with washing liquid provided|- Large Bed. It was like a trampoline when my partner moved. The sheet quilt sheet arrangement was strange and not pulled up high enough. Two fat pillows per person (a thinner one would give guests a choice)||Bathroom:|Bulk shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and body lotion provided|Shower. Good pressure, no door knob made shower access difficult (reported but still not fixed so we had to get creative with some floss and a cotton tip)||There are no instructions for anything. eg microwave, washing machine ||Big tip: the air con is disabled automatically if the window is open||Location: Walking distance to war memorial, Canberra Centre, lake

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a large doggy for one night only. The rooms are modern as this is a new development. The beds were medium to firm. The pillows were big and soft(too soft for my liking) the hotel is close to cafes, parks and a liquor shop. 5 minutes walk to Lake Burley Griffin. 5 minutes drive to Canberra Centre and 5 minutes drive to Parliament House.
