Wow! This was a truly unique experience. On the edge of a sea plane hangar, ritzy accommodation which feels a little like an adult youth hostel (shared kitchen facilities...thankfully not shared bathroom!). Fittings and comfort were top notch, maybe a little minimal but that that is a minor gripe. Host Tim was super friendly & welcoming and had lots of recommendations for local sights/walking. You can book a seaplane scenic tour along with your stay, what's not to love about that?

The rooms are very large and well appointed. The bathroom was fantastic with all the amenities you would expect.|The staff were great, very helpful in recommending several restaurants just 5 minutes drive away.|As the motel is only 7 months old everything is in top order and seems to be being maintained well.|The only fault is that the room felt under furnished, it was very large yet only had one comfortable arm chair when two would have fitted easily. There was no stand on which to put a bag when there was a perfect space to put one. These are small things but worth noting.|We had a great stay here and I enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach.

This venue has excellent service and very warm and welcoming. The kitchen /living area is extremely clean and very professional. Sheets and linen was hotel quality (5 stars) and very comfy bed. The decor is inspired by the seaplanes that live next door which is pretty amazing. Highly recommend it even for family.

Spacious rooms, the central kitchen is a full functional one and open for all guest. You can cook your meals here.
Neat and clean rooms. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Hands down one of the best hotel/motel we stayed on our trip. Rooms are well equipped with a minimalist design and staff is very friendly and proactive.
The common area has a coffee machine and grinder for guests to use so that is a great idea.

Prefect new accommodation. Huge room, amazing beds, heaps hot water and amazing pressure. Big TV, free coffee, great shared kitchen. Pick up from the airport. Easy checkin and out.

Amazing hotel with incredible staff. The kitchen is super handy to be able to cook your own meals. The staff are really accommodating & flexible. Will definitely be staying again!

Great spot and not at all noisy next to the airport. Great views and easy check in check out procedure. A good base to go exploring around Batemans Bay area.
