Best steak in town, great service, wonderful pub. I am unable to comment on the accommodation as I have not stayed there. However, it is very popular.

We stopped here for a lunch feed and man oh man it was divine. We got the steak and battered fish and were extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area, stop here and grab a bite.

We didn’t stay the night here but had dinner it was the best meal of our trip, absolutely fantastic, we had a delicious home cooked meal, steak with pepper sauce and veg. 10/10 staff were very friendly too and was cosy by the fire.

I have eaten at so many pubs all over nsw as I travel for work.

This place hits different. Food is very well priced, beers are cheap, cold and service with a smile.

I have tried almost everything on the menu here and I drive up from tamworth at least once a week to have dinner with my girlfriend or work friends.

Tye honey mustard chicken is a MUST try. Garlic bread is good, soup of the day is sensational every time. Serving size is good.

The only bad thing I could say is it looks a bit old and almost a bit run down. But once you eat here you will see why the locals love it.

Sunday carvery lunch was perfect and prices very reasonable..very friendly staff and sevice was excellent i would recommend a visit for lunch or dinner.
