We really enjoyed our breakfast. The place is light, bright and airy. The service was great, as was the food. My son enjoyed his latte and breakfast wrap. He said the delicate flavours melded very well, and he would definitely order it again. I had the croissant, which I'm pleased to say they toasted without squashing it like they do in some places. My peppermint tea was also nice. I'll be coming back.

Light and airy atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. I had the Italian eggs (minus the toast and hollandaise sauce) and they were really good. The coffee, while not my preferred type (it's a fruity style), is well made and flavoursome.

Great space with nice painting and interior design. Easy to move the pram inside. Food use very fresh fruits, well presented. Menu has limited options and the shop is busy, might need to hire more people.

The fitout is very nice but thats about as good as it gets. As i walked in almost all tables were filled for a monday lunch which seemed like a good sign. No greeting from the man behind the counter and i asked to see a menu as there is none posted at the front of the shop, or online, or any pictures of it on google maps. I didnt think this was much of an issue though.

I asked if i there was table service and the man advised me to order at the counter once i'd chosen. So i sat while i was looking through the menu, the lunch menu is very limited with one whole menu item just a bowl of fries (listed as a main not a side)
I decided to get a breakfast burger from the all day breakfast menu. When i walked back to the couter there was a different man on his phone, i awkwardly waited for him to finish his text before he even lifted his head from his phone. As i waited for my food i noticed both the men at front were glued to their phones. The service bell rang when my food was ready and i noticed they finished what they were doing on their phones before they went to grab my food. When the food arrived i needed to ask for water and cutlery because they didnt serve me any - i would understnd if it was a 'grab your own' situation but the water bottles/cups/cutlery and napkins were all stored behind the counter.

I picked up the burger and the egg simply slopped to the side. It was very undercooked and you can see the pool of raw albumen in the photos. The bacon was very dry, there was zero seasoning on any part of the dish, the only thing that tasted as if it was seasoned was the bacon - but bacon is normally a bit salty on its own. The raw egg made everything super soggy so i used the cutlery, and there was paper under the burger that was getting shreaded to bits and i obviously didnt want to eat bits of paper so i removed it. The hash brown also just fell apart. I ate as much as i could because i was hungry and paid $20 for this burger, but left feeling unsatisfied and weird about eating raw egg, and potentially some paper, on top of the bad service.

A lovely cafe but it's a shame that gluten free lunch is not readily available. The pumpkin soup which was really delicious doesn't seem to be on the menu any more either.
I will return one more time but if I can't get gluten free food, I will have to eat elsewhere.
