We recently had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at this beautiful venue. Wanted to say thank you to the staff for their help on the day. Also, great location for sunset photos, just outside. Look forward to being back here again!

We had our engagement party on the 31/05/2025, the venue was stunning, looks over the city which is so beautiful! once we added all our decorations everything we envisioned came to light!

The staff have been incredibly accomodating, the communication is impeccable. Nothing short of above and beyond.

Emily & Kim were great to communicate with and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting and raving about the food.
RJ was so helpful on the night and very welcoming!

We hosted our engagement party at Promenade Docklands, and it exceeded all expectations! From the stunning waterfront views to the beautifully designed event space, everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was seamless, and they were so accommodating with our requests.
The venue itself is spacious and modern, with plenty of room for guests to mingle and enjoy the atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor terrace, which was perfect for photos and catching the sunset. The food was delicious, and everyone kept raving about the drinks selection.
If you're looking for a venue that combines elegance, amazing views, and top-notch service, Promenade Docklands is the place to go! We couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate our special day. Highly recommend!

I have both attended and held events here and everything is always so gorgeous! The view of the city is amazing and in the evenings the fairy lights hanging above the balcony that overlooks the water, adds a magical touch. The venue is spacious and can accomodate for whether you want to hold a smaller or larger event. The staff are fantastic to work with, particularly Leon and Lilly - they always put in an extra effort to meet your needs. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

This venue will forever have a piece of my heart as I got married here. The view and location of this venue is absolutely breathtaking. Emily was so wonderful and helpful throughout the planning and the day of our wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to the needs of our guest. I would highly recommend. I absolutely loved hosting my bridal shower at The Promenade and would highly recommend this space (especially the Harbourview Room) for anyone considering to have an event here! All the staff we worked with were extremely lovely and accomodating, and made the utmost effort to support me in making my vision for the event come to life. The venue itself is super clean and spacious, and has the most gorgeous view of the marina, which was a massive perk. We also received so many compliments from guests about how delicious the grazing table and canapés were! Thank you to everyone at The Promenade for truly making my bridal shower a day to remember, I am so grateful!

I initially chose this venue as the perfect place for our wedding due to its location overlooking the gorgeous marina. My event manager Emily looked after us very well, she was so lovely & had made planning stress free for us. The team went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure our day was not only seamless, but truly magical. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and warmth — we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. The staff were attentive, organised, and gracious, making us and our guests feel completely at ease.
