Great location and the hotel had such a cool vibe you wouldn't usually experience. The only issue we had was our air conditioner wasn't working properly and the hotel was waiting for a part to fix it... was a bit hot at night but other than that amazing hotel and would come back again! Absolutely love Coolangatta ?

This is such a cute hotel! The rooms are more modern than you think they would be with a retro spin and it’s awesome. We had a chance to look inside the suite on the second floor and it was so unique. I could see people renting it out just for Content for their social media feed. The rooftop is lovely with a great view of the city. Unfortunately, the bar closed on a sunny day because it was pretty windy. You’re around all the different sites and restaurants in town and directly across from the beach. It’s perfect.

My favourite place to stay in Coolie. Can surf check from the roof. Stroll to cafes, short walk to supermarket if you have a multi-day stay. Easy street parking. Rooms are a bit funky, too funky for me! Staff very friendly. Gets noisey at nights with bars around, but I mean if you’re on holiday and want to go to a bar, you’re there.

Stayed for a night and it was perfect! Great location, 2 min walk to a bus stop and about 5 min walk to beach front. Apartment was really clean, neat and very aesthetic. Staff were so friendly and communication was easy. Got upgraded to a bigger room too which was great! Rooftop is awesome too. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Lovely stay at the pink hotel, highly recommend for proximity to the beach and nightlife. The local bar played very loud music until midnight on Saturday night but ear plugs are provided by the hotel and we were made aware.

I’ve meant to write this for a bit, but better late than never. I stayed 3 nights in April at the Pink Hotel and if you stay anywhere else in Coolangatta, you have no idea what you are missing. The room was fabulous, well-appointed with a really comfy bed and fun decor. It was a perfect location walkable to everything in the area. Samara was amazing. She helped me with my luggage, called a cab for me when I sadly had to depart and was very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop is a fun space and the beach is literally steps away. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed here before when it was first renovated by the new owners and I loved it. Since the new owners have taken over I have stayed 3 times once my name once gfs and once my parents. The manager quoted the same references of claims of refunding other units for noise complaints when there definitely only was one from first time. Which our bond was taken and our next night canceled with no refund. The next two she said the same thing to different family’s I would recommend anyone to stay here

What a terrific find!
There's really so much to love about this place. Beachside location and roof top bar with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Friendly front desk. Laid back feeling that Cooly/TH is known for. Large, cheerfully decorated rooms with extremely comfy king beds. Absolutely loved the individual personality of each space, and our gorgeous ensuite.
By the end of our overnight stay, we'd talked to just about everyone staying that night. Quirky fellow humans made for an extra special stay in Cooly. All guests were happy and friendly.

Bring an eye mask, and earplugs are supplied. It's very bright with outside lights on all night and our curtain didn't close all the way. Plus there's zero sound proofing and you can hear everything, all around. To be honest though, if you're not a light sleeper, this hotel is so much better than the sterile multi-story buildings that surround it.

The convenience of location is awesome. We loved Eddy's downstairs. We could walk everywhere.
