Lovely service, staff allowed for us to have early check in. It was very accommodating. Wonderful location, close to plenty of restaurants and a nice walk to the Coffs Harbour Jetty. Clean room, comfy bed, easy and check out. Would recommend

A well appointed,large ensuite room. |Clean and comfortable .|The location is excellent with an easy walk to the Jetty and Marina area.|There are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from right out the door,but we chose to eat at the Hotels restaurant. The menu was great with a variety at very good prices.|The staff on arrival were very helpful and friendly. |Also one of the best features for us was that we were able to park our motorcycles in a locked,secure garage for the night. |We will certainly stay here again.

My husband and I stopped for one night in Coffs Harbour and chose to stay at The Pier Hotel. Our queen room with ensuite was very comfortable and clean. Plus the welcome at reception by Ethan was very warm and friendly. Another good reasons for staying at this hotel is that it's on the harbour and in a restaurant hub where there's plenty of cuisine choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Made my visit extremely easily. I use a wheelchair and the staff went above and beyond to make it a great night out! Nothing was to much. Was a great experience and great music as always!!!

We had dinner at The Pier last night. Ordered cutlets. Amazing cutlets... juicy and perfectly cooked. And the gravy was a star too. Fabulous Bruschetta. As locals we must visit more. Thanks for a great experience.
