Hubby is staying long-term in our own van. Managers and staff are awesome, friendly, and approachable. It shows that they enjoy their job and take alot of pride in their work.

Amenities are kept very clean. Laundry amenities are well priced and have everything that you need. Pool is very clean and relaxing.

Close enough to town but far enough away to avoid the hectic traffic.

The Park Mackay is clean & comfortable with excellent facilities. We used both a powered site and cabins during a construction project and Linda was excellent at facilitating our crew during their stay. Highly recommend!

This park has it all from over night spots to permanent to semi permanent and the staff are really friendly. They have dive through sites, dogs and cats welcome. The staff are awesome and ready to help
out. They also have gas refills, ice and basic things to buy there. Only 5min drive to Oorelea shops and only a 10min drive to CBD

We came to stay after a long day, we arrived around 7pm. We ran a washing machine in the laundry room and when we came to pick it up the laundry room was locked. We called the host who was very unkind and spoke rudely, we explained to her that we didn't have a pillowcase to sleep on at night and she didn’t listen to us. She continued to say that it was our fault and that the laundry room would open in the morning. She was not ready to come to help us and even hung up on us several times. Very bad experience

We arrived late to stay in a powered site on the park. When we arrived we wanted to put in laundry for cleaning since we had no clean pillow cases for our bed. When arrived to the laundry room we saw a sign that says that it’s open until 8pm, but the time was already 8:30pm, so we guessed they are not going to lock it that night. We putted our laundry in the machines, and when came back to take them the room was locked. We called the lady in charge to ask her politely to please open the room for us so we can take our laundry since we have no pillow cases to sleep on that night, and she keep insisting that the room is locked and will stay locked until next morning even though she locked it 20 minutes earlier. When we kept asking her help she hung the phone in our faces. No humanity in the manager behavior and the service was shameful.
Won’t come back here again.

Fantastic staff that are very accommodating. Great amenities that are very clean. Very clean pool even tho we didnt go for a swim. Easy parking especially with a large van. Close to supermarkets. Will stay again on our way down south from up north.

I had stayed at The Park for quite a few months, in a tent then a caravan while working.
I have nothing but praise for the management and staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Camp kitchen, toilets and other facilities were clean and tidy.
Highly recommend staying there. I will definitely be booking again when passing through.
Thankyou to all the staff.
