Great coffee and even better food. Staff always have a friendly smile even when they are under pressure. Love coming to the Meraki group restaurants and cafes because you know you’ll get great food, great drinks and exceptional customer service.

While the setting of this restaurant is undeniably beautiful, the dining experience fell short of expectations. The corn fritters were disappointingly hard and oily, though the kids fish and chips were satisfactory. Additionally, the smoothies lacked flavor. Staff didn’t interact with us other than while ordering the food and serving it. Overall, the set up is lovely, improvements are needed in the food quality and customer service for a satisfying experience.

The food at the pantry is amazing!! We stopped on the way through while on vacation in NSW and we were not disappointed. The setting was so picturesque with all of the palm trees and gorgeous little set up. 10/10. We will be back next time we’re around !!

The food was great , however the girl who was doing the coffees was very rude to myself when I asked about the price of the extras. I had asked for two extra eggs in both meals not realising that it cost me $4 per egg and so I was asking for just one egg each . She was so rude I had to ask her to stop being rude . My companion had also witnessed her being rude to the young man who was working there. This really upset me as the young man was doing a wonderful job.
Not a good vibe and I hope that next time I take someone there I’m not so disappointed about the friendliness of the staff. Please note the others staff members we great but clearly intimidate by her.

Food was absolutely incredible! Lovely seating area and quite relaxing except for the barista that served us cocktails. Charged us for a glass when we asked for a jug and told us it was our fault, then over charged us to rectify the problem. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, rude, passive aggressive - literally slammed our jug on the table. Was the most condescending experience, if we hadn’t just paid $58 for a jug we would have walked out. The other staff were off the charts incredible and kind!

Called into The Pantry for a coffee and snack. Really good place to visit. The tropical surroundings have a calming effect. The coffee was top drawer the banana bread delicious. The chocolate croissant was a little heavy and not as delicious as we hoped. The Pantry staff were very good and attentive. An unknown oasis for locals which we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

The food was beautifully presented and the service was good but it just didn’t hit. We had the eggplant with to yum rice. The rice was crunchy and dry and the flavours lacking. The soft shell crab was oliy and soggy, with a very strong fish smell. The tom yum Benedict was also lacking flavour. I do love that there's unique breakfast offerings, however. So happy to support.

Front of house female staff member was incredibly rude and passive aggressive from the moment we arrived. Also overheard her being rude to several other patrons. And from reading other reviews it seems this is likely standard behaviour from this staff member from the descriptions. The food was average for the price and size and given the hostile service not worth it whatsoever. Some of the children's meal was missing despite it being the standard kids menu with listed items that would be included. For a special occasion we were celebrating the experiece at The Pantry really negatively impacted my day. For the amount of money we spent, it was very lacking and disappointing. Overall:
Average food, awful service and terrible attitudes. Won't be coming back.
