Large clean room with super comfy queen bed, pillow and hotel quality linen with a large bathroom and walk in robe. The room has air con, a two seater couch, a mini bar fridge which is cold, microwave with plates and cutlery and even a jug with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Continental breaky is offered upon request.||The facility has a pool and a restaurant however the restaurant is temporarily closed. This isn’t an issue as there are a fair few areas to eat that provide pickup and drop off service.||Close by is a fuel station, coffee shops and even a Woolies down the road.

Absolutely perfect, room was spotless and everything in order. Ideally located in town . Friendly staff . Check in was seamless. The room was pre cooled with air-conditioning on arrival which made settling in after a long trip easy. Will definitely be returning.

The one staff member I spoke to was nice but the room itself was not ok. |Dust everywhere, gross dirty carpet, door handles need replacing, floors are super slippery and the shower floor was worse. My kids slipped over and I almost did too. Aircons just smelt old and dusty when turned on. I had to ask to have the pee wiped off the toilet at the back which was apparently already cleaned 😳. Dust all over pictures on the wall, curtains were old and half broken, they don’t even cover the whole window so all the lights outside just blast in all night, they’re also dirty and dusty. |Just so many things. For the price you pay, it’s actually terrible.

We had a very pleasant stay, under cover front door parking with ample room behind vehicle for access, Motel was very easy to find and located in the safe end of town, if you need a place with no 2am blue light, Keystone Cops show then this is it. |Rooms were spotless, comfortable and well presented, my crew all mentioned how comfortable the stay was and importantly productivity was up. |The new managers Louise and Jackie were very freindly and helpfull with any questions or requirements.|The resurant I am giving high praise, licenced and meals cooked by proffesional chef and the way you like. (dine in or roomservice/take away) we had no need to look anywhere else.|Absolutly recomend the stay.

Great value for money. The room (we stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite), it was a clean and comfortable room, with plenty of space for four people. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good. I would stay there again without hesitation. Thank you.

We have stayed a few times at The Palms and will stay again on our next visit. Motel is just on the highway going into town. Julie, the Manager is great and the place is well looked after. Rooms are clean & bed comfy. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional.

Great basic place to stay. Doesn't have the frills, but doesn't need them either. The T bone at the restaurant was fantastic.
