Our group enjoyed our stay in the villas. Everything was clean and neatly presented and appointed. The pools were C ok ean and the hot tub was a bonus. The only negative was having to pay for using the BBQ's...really? Given that you don't have any other choice, it's a bit rich. Even to cook sausages took two paid sessions. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We found the whole facility very good.
Loved the "view" from our verandah.
Lovely unusual coloured lillies,palms etc.
Cabin very well set up.
Lovely thick,large towels.
Have only one SMALL disappointment( which I forgot to point out to staff), and that is the poor hot water strength in the Shower.
It was fine everywhere else.
Lovely 2 days.

What a great find. Although not on the beach - they are so close to both Copacabana and Avoca. The cabins are lovely - clean, spacious and well appointed. All very private too. A very quiet holiday park (in a good way). Pools are lovely - a solid family holiday park without the bells and whistles but still a 5/5!!

We made a last minute decision to go somewhere for the weekend and we received a good rate for this property.
Quaint accomodation which was ideal for us and our young daughter.
Everything we needed for a self sufficient stay was available in our villa.
We had already packed our own food and drinks.
The property is quite close to the beach and the local attractions.
It was a winter stay so we didn't visit the pool.

I will never come back we had a horrible experience, such a waste of money.
The bunk bed are not comfortable at all and need upgrades, you can feel the strings, we all had back pain…The spa are very dirty we found punch of hair in it and it smells bad, the water looks blurry.
My friend son got sick after playing in the spa and she had to cut her stay and took him to the hospital after he caught a virus.
The showers pressure are very week.
It was was really annoying that all of the toilets are locked especially pool toilets who are locked all of the time, by the time we got the keys the kids may not be able to hold it. Pool showers are not working except for one that have cold water plus it was very week. The big Rubbish bin on the veranda smells horrible i had to take it downstairs. Lots of stains on towels and linens.
Kids game area disparately needs update …
Pool are not safe for jumping in to the water lots of hazards.
We were not allowed to have gathering in our cabin, we felt very uncomfortable and restricted, even we couldn’t play our favourite music because the cabanas are very ridiculously close from each other and we had a very fussy neighbours. The reception lady told us to go and gather at the lake to
enjoy our music and this is very ridiculous, and she said we can’t force our taste of music on everyone….this is unbelievable

Great Holiday Park, clean, large and functional accommodation. Family friendly facilities: great pool area X 3, games room and playpark. Easy access and location to Avoca Beach. The holiday Park has options for all groups: couples, families and groups. Worth the visit!

Upon arrival. The unit seemed clean. We unpacked and set about making dinner. The plates were filfy. Once washed We opened the oven to find it was a mess. A tray that was in it had fat on it and was extremely dirty. The toaster had crumbs in it and in the cupboard. We decided to do a thorough clean up tonight prior to heading off and upon pulling both lounges out from the wall to sweep, Rubbish was everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. ( For the record. We dont drink bottled water. ) This has not been cleaned for a long time it seems. I left it in the same state so you can see for yourself. Totally disappointed in our time here. For the money, I at least expected a clean place. I would get someone to check all units after it has been cleaned before you offer them out. You probably won't worry about my review but unfortunately I will never return here. Owners response: it appears that we put you in an unclean apartment by accident. I wish you had of let me know straight away I would have moved you. My cleaners are fantastic cleaners and very thorough so I. Sure this has been a simple mistake. I am happy to give you a discount if we have made a mistake but I would appreciate that you don't leave a review for something that could have been a mistake. How the hell can I tell you on the final night. The place is a joke.

Good location. However, this place has aged a great deal. Staff are beautiful however the cabins are definitely a yesteryears vibe, it is clear that no money has been spent on refurbishment.

Our cabin was very dusty and not the cleanest, well we cleaned it let's just say that.
