My partner and I recently stayed at the Palms apartments. The apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped and excellently located. Sharon the host is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend apartments with pleasure.

We spent 7 nights at The Palms in a 2 bedroom unit. Very spacious and immaculately clean with everything you need. Fantastic views of lake and beautiful lights at night. Very comfortable bed. The units western windows let in the afternoon sun and was lovely. Undercover safe parking. RSL is easy walking distance and fabulous meals. The main bathroom has a shower over the spa and was a bit difficult for older people to climb in but everything else made up for that. Thoroughly recommend staying there.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything you need or want.
Clean and comfortable, the bed was especially comfortable. Apartment has been renovated and is modern and clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a lovely winter escape at Palms Apartments. The rooms were warm and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and shops close by. The RSL, which is only a short walk down the road, was a great place to have dinner if you wanted to head out. Jo was really welcoming and was always on call if we needed anything. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms Apartments for 5 nights. Location was spot on and enabled us to park the car safely and walk to all amenities we needed. We stayed with our 11 month old and were super comfortable and able to spread ourselves out. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated and had everything that we needed for the week. Communication with the owners was very easy. We would absolutely recommend this accomodation and would stay there again!

We spent 5 nights at the Palms Apartments and it was wonderful. The pool being right outside our back door was fantastic and convenient with 3 kids who loved the pool. ||Layout of the apartment is wonderful and clean. The spa bath in main bathroom is large and a great addition to relax while on holidays. ||Beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. It was decorated and furnished beautifully.||Owner welcomed us and was super friendly! Parking onsite. We would definitely stay here again. ||My only suggestion would be a heavy curtain behind the sheer to help block extra light-bleed from the vertical blinds.

The apartments are spacious with everything you'd need, provided. They are within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, RSL, supermarket etc. Weber BBQ available, which makes for an easy night in. Water views from rooms on top level. Beds are very comfortable. Sharon was great with communication and very accommodating, we had to postpone on several occasions due to Covid lockdown. My wife left something behind which Sharon posted back to us straight away, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we return.

Just returned from four days at The Palms and cannot fault it. From our lovely welcome when we arrived until we left it was faultless. Loved it. Easy to get to, close to great restaurants for my family and major supermarkets too. Will definitely be rebooking soon. I am going to be a repeat customer.
