Recently, I had a booking with Palmer Collective. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled due to flash flooding. I requested the staff to either give me a credit or help me reschedule my stay for the future, as I am a regular customer who has always stayed at this hotel since I started travelling to Townsville. Unfortunately, they refused to assist me during this time. As a result, I will never return to this place again. I hope you use my money to buy another hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! Situated in a nice central area, the location couldn't be better for exploring. The rooms were impeccably clean, which and enjoyable.

What truly set this hotel apart was the fabulous staff. They were welcoming and had a great sense of humor, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Raelene – she is an absolute legend! Her friendliness and assistance made my stay even more memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Unfortunately, I fell ill whilst here for reasons that were NOT the hotels fault. I had to keep booking extra days on the days that I needed them.

The ladies at reception were so kind to shuffle things around for me so that I would not have to change rooms.

I'm grateful that I was sick here rather than somewhere else, as the bed in this place is super comfy. I slept away most of my stay here.

The price of the room was so good as well. The next place I stayed was no where near as good and was $35 per night extra.

If you want a good rest, stay here. But please, don't become ill

Stayed two nights over a weekend with my best friend of 20yrs! Thanks Jennifer! Love ya woman! Anyway to all the staff I've met through Jennifer, the chefs, restaurant duty managers, bar maids, housekeepers ?, desk receptionists etc... all lovely members they are like family, which is good to see. The motel rooms were exceptionally outstanding and clean ? ?
The chefs and kitchen hand guys thankyou from bottom of my heart! The food was EXCELLENT! MMM ? ? Yummy!
The receptionist at the front foyer..my goodness you girls are a godsend! Thankyou to all! I'm giving 5 stars to you all xox

The palmer collective claims to be the best in Townsville. My ass! The food is so poor quality and over pricedits rediculous! Do yourself a favour, go across the road to the pub. the food is 10 times better and worth the price.
$30 for a lasagne that tasted like it was from Coles.
Get a grip, you are authentic joke of Townsville!

Always clean and tidy. Well maintained property. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is a great addition and makes for a late arrival easy and convenient. Staff and food in the restaurant have always been top-notch. A credit to the property.

This is our second time staying here, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Rooms are great, cost effective and always clean!

Perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants and pubs.

Chris on reception is a great front for this hotel, welcoming, funny and friendly!

Will be staying here every time we are in town ?
