The Champagne and Sparkling Wine tasting experience was so lovely. Matt’s commentary to match each glass was very entertaining and interesting. I loved the venue downstairs and also enjoyed the platter of cheeses and meat.

We booked La Cave for a 40th birthday and the night was so good! The atmosphere, decor and size of the room was perfect. We had our own bar and bartender Manny which made things very easy for everyone. The platters were great, but the jaffles even better! The only issue of the night..... it wasn't long enough!!

If I could rate this venue a 6 out of 5 I would. We have been here multiple times and are never disappointed. However our experience today has been the best experience yet. Shae looked after us and was amazing. Her attentiveness, recommendations and warm personality really made it for us. She is an absolute asset to this business and we hope the next time we come, she is there.

On a seperate note, the jaffles are the best and can highly recommend the wine flights!

The Old Seven is one of those “must do” cafes in Brisbane. Very unassuming from the outside, the wonders that abound inside just have to be experienced.

Whether for a long lunch or an afternoon session, The Old Seven is the perfect venue to enjoy time with friends and family.

The jaffles are especially tasty and the wine selection quite generous. You’ll also find quite a selection of local beers on offer.

The other thing that sets The Old Seven apart is the cheeses. So many cheeses it’s hard to know where to start!

We’re looking forward to our next visit.

What an awesome bar. Such an amazing concept. A happy upbeat experience. We went for dinner, and will be heading there for a brunch too. Every part of our evening here was 110%> Thanks to all at The Old Seven Bar. ? We love it!

Delicious cheese and charcuterie boards. The Old Seven jaffle was amazing too. I would come back just for that. Service was great and they were really nice and was flexible with the cheese selection. The Moscato served was superb.

This is one place you must visit! The atmosphere is amazing and the venue is just perfect. We had a breakfast here without kids and I cannot wait to do it again. The food is out of this world, all the ingredients are of the best quality. The coffee was just Devine. The owner was incredibly friendly and happy to have a conversation with us. He took us on a tour of La Cave downstairs, our next night out is already planned for wine and cheese in this amazing setting
