I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was magical! The rooms to the kitchen to the old bathrooms to the lawn, was every fairy girls dream! They kindly let us check out later as we had some mishaps the morning of the wedding and were very accomodating. Just wanted to say a thank you so much for understanding to the owners. I adored this place so much. Such a hidden gem 🙂 Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Second stay for us at The Old Church B&B. First time in the church itself and this time in the newly built cabins.
Very different experience but equally enjoyable.
Set in beautiful grounds with a newly installed plunge pool.
Great hosts and very relaxing time.

Our visit to this beautiful church and its rejuvenation as luxury accommodation.
We were, as a group of 3 couples delighted to enjoy the spacious common areas and generous kitchen along with the wonderful inside fire and outside firepit.
Our rooms had their own ensuited bathroom and such a comfortable bed, sleep was a welcome bonus.
With the capacity for a family room in the upper level and other separate rooms a family visit to the area and gathering would easily be achieved.
Dining options and breakfast makes for the perfect peaceful getaway.
Look forward to revisiting again

What a great little hideaway in the country.
I as a single traveller made a last minute call in Boonah as an alternative to staying at the boring motel.
I rang Harry and he said “we will find something for you” and half an hour later I arrived at the quaint little church with the for burning and a warm welcome from Harry and intro to the other guests. Beautiful modern ensuite’s room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Great sleep. In the morning a great spread for breakfast including home baked artesian bread and jams with fruits, cereals yoghurt and ham and cheese so I made my lunch as well. I would highly recommend this place for singles couples and groups. It has it all. Thanks Harry and good luck with your future plans. Regards Mathew.

Didn’t expect it to be so lovely wish we got there earlier to enjoy the environment more, also wish we taken some things to be able to do our own cooking. Such a great space didn’t want to leave. Was the perfect gateway for our walk the next day?

As a group of four couples, we had booked the main Church Hall and adjoining ensuite rooms. This gave us ample shared living space, access to the kitchen and a fireplace. I enjoyed our three night stay very much. Everything was well set out, easily accessible and it's a great central point for visiting wineries, walks and other Scenic Rim activities. It's our second visit and we would certainly come back.

Well appointed spacious cabin, good breakfast. Wifi only works intermittently. Grounds are very, very overgrown.
