My niece stayed here for her friends birthday and the service they received was absolutely AWFUL! The people were rude, they tried kicking them out without warning. Yes, they were young adults preparing for a night out but a warning or a chance to turn the noise down before being immediately booted would only be fair. They then took their room keys so they had no way to go anywhere because they wouldnt be able to get back in. They then refused to return their bond claiming they broke a curtain rail (they did not, they have photos to prove it) and a police call out fee (the police were not called, the desk even stated the next day "I almost did but didnt"). Judging by the other reviews this place needs an upgrade in management and a renovation! DO NOT STAY HERE ! its not worth the money or issues with management.

Location perfect, secure carparking included brilliant. Size of room, excellent, size of balcony excellent.

Chairs to sit in, poor the base was gone in both of them so you sat through them onto the floor.
Cleaning average, you can tell the cleaners only wipe stuff over not actually deep clean anything. The shower, behind the toilet, under the table under the sink dirty.
Missing light switches knobs on cupboards, dirty blinds, dents, scuffs, marks on most walls.
Being told to take your own rubbish with you or be charged an additional cleaning fee?

Dated and the owner needs to invest some funds into a paint and new furniture as these are all individually owned.

Would stay again but would want to pay less. Almost $300 a night

Stayed in 2 brm Queen apartment, parking is secure, went out on the verandah chairs were falling apart, called them & they replaced them & a broken fan quickly.
Main bathroom dirty hand towel left on rails. Door to ensuite bathroom & door in shower were broken.
View was not like in photos, disappointed all round. Will not go back.

I stayed here whilst husband in hospital.Rooms were spotless and well appointed.Every thing you could possibly need.I felt safe being on my own and even had a swim in pool between visits.Reception was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile.I will be back in a couple of months...🙂

Excessive noise from people walking upstairs. It’s unbearable and you can’t concentrate or sleep. Hotel doesn’t have 24 hour reception so you can’t report the noise. |Dead plant on the balcony and used dirty mops. Balcony shutters are filthy.|Fry pan Teflon has seen better days and can’t be used.|Kettle could not be used until cleaned with lemon as it was extremely dirty inside. Generally clean otherwise but it shows a don’t care attitude. |Bedroom balcony door was key locked and could not be opened.|Rooms are very dated and they need a good renovation. |Great for location to the hospital which is what we needed but would not stay again

We booked these apartments to have a mini family vacation. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with an extra bed as we are a family of four. When we arrived we were upgraded to a 3 bed room apartment, which was amazing there was so much room it felt like home with an amazing veiws. The service was outstanding,friendly and helpful. The location was a neat walk to the Brisbane city cats. We loved it and cannot wait to return.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable and well set up self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Undercover parking and felt very safe there. Close to the Wesley hospital (There is a small hill to climb if you are walking of course as it is Brisbane!). Opposite walking and bike riding paths along the rivers. We would certainly stay there again.

I put one star as the view of the apartment we stayed wasn’t even close to what they advertised on the Booking.com.
Will not recommend this place and will not return!
