Ordered the pork belly bites from the bistro and they were dry and unedible. Shame as i was looking forward to moist crunchy pork belly bites i bought from here a few years ago

Fantastic little bar for petrol-heads like myself. There's always beautiful cars and motorcycles to be seen from the beer garden out the front. Food wise, I used to LOVE the tacos (Please bring them back!) and now love the burgers. Mushroom sauce is a must with the chippies. Thanks guys!

Chicken meal was nice, but chips, after asking for no salt, where water too salty. Making them inedible for one person.

For a country pub they have really good food.
Like excellent food, cooked to perfection.
Typical weekday specials like $10 meals.

Cold beer on tap, decent prices.
Friendly staff as well.

If I don't feel like cooking I walk the 5 minutes to them and have a good feed, which is cheaper and healthier than ordering takeaway.

I can't fault them, and I tend to be brutally honest.

Once was a lovely eatery 6 or so months ago you wouldn't have found anywhere to sit at 6:30 on a Saturday night should of been the first red flag when we walked in and was nearly empty. Ordered beef cheek with mash and veg and hubby ordered the bangers and mash as soon as I saw it I knew it had been microwaved still starving I tried it and omg probably dare to say it the worst thing I have ever eaten tasted like there was washing detergent in it gave some to hubby just to see his reaction and at least got a good laugh out of it there was absolutely no way I could eat it. Hubby's bangers and mash were not great either super rubbery. I have NEVER taken food back in my life but for the first time handed it back still trying to be polite I hate a scene the chef was sooooooo rude told me bad luck it is what it is throwing his hands around aggressively the manager was called over by now Im beyond embarrassed and just asked for my money back the manger did offer me another meal but with the chef carrying on still I advise I would just like a refund manager stated basically he stands by the food refusing me refund. I walked over to the table to get my bag and encountered another few locals not to impressed with there meals either.
Went to the chicken shop across the road and got a lovely salad.
Needless to say NEVER again

Go up
