The food was phenomenal!! Overall a great experience.

I went to The North Spoon last Sunday with my friends.
My partner and I ordered the Super cheesy toastie, breakfast borrito and The North Spoon breakfast. Everything was absolutely sensational! Soooo delicious, especially the Toastie! I can’t get over it!

We had to wait a while for our orders but other than that the service was great, the atmosphere was gorgeous and the food was definitely worth the wait!!

Wasn’t sure what I was looking for until I stumbled across this beautiful location.
I was greeted upon arrival, I requested to dine-in.
Since I was dressed for the occasion, decided to eat in the court yard on this winter morning.
Ordered the Chef’s Special,
The Falafel wrap with a Decaf - flat white.
Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
It was perfect!

Gareth runs a busy cafe - service is great and the food good value.
The chicken BLT on sourdough at $16? Great value. Northspoon Benedict is a tasty lo-cal. Option.

We got married on April 29 2024 and had our intimate dinner reception at The North Spoon. The venue is a gem in North Sydney and we are so glad to have found it online! We booked the entire venue including their outdoor area which was used by our guests for cocktails. Thank you so much, Gareth & Alessandro, for answering all our queries leading to our wedding day and providing us excellent service ♥️ Our guests had so much fun, we enjoyed the food (their crab cake & beef sirloin are to die for!!!), and the vibe is what we have truly imagined for our dinner reception ♥️ We can’t wait to visit and dine in again soon!

Great vibes all around!

Nothing beats a B&E roll on a Sunday (I’m still drooling from thinking about it). We just missed the breakfast cut-off, but luckily they accommodated us. The staff were top-notch too!

Nice place for Aussie breakfast. Loved their coffee! The eggs benedict were great, the juices nice (even though my niece expected more from the watermelon based cocktail. Was basically watermelon juice only 😉 )
I had some Moroccan (?) toast with harizza paste, beans and burrito cheese. While the burrito was nice, the paste was not really spicy and overall the dish was a bit dry.
But we mainly came for the nice atmosphere, and this did not disappoint.

Great food and good coffee in North Sydney, pulls in a lot of locals. Service is normally great, sometimes does get busy understandably. This time our coffee did take a little while, to the point we had to ask several times. Lucky it was good coffee!
