Omg I would never be nasty but I spent $135 here for tea this was absolutely disgusting the worst meal I have ever had in my life that as not salt pepper pepper squid the chips was burnt know batter on salt pepper squid and we paid $6 for sauces you can not sell this to the public it’s ridiculous get a new cook it’s not that easy I just thought I might post this on Facebook as well thanks but will never ever by there again we are not pigs yous are feeding it’s bloody disgusting

Food was so good. The beef schnitzel was tender. Steak sandwich was good. Chicken wrap was delicious and the chicken schnitzel with curry scallops was awesome. 5 people and we all left extremely full and very satisfied..
Was nice to sit and look out over the water.
Definitely would recommend this place.

Great pub to have a feed... Stopped past with the family and had a good feed looking out towards the river & mountains. Service was good, servings were big and the food was tasty. Roast of the day was delicious and everything else we ordered was good too. The "half serve" options are good for those with a smaller appetite too. Recommended!

Highly recommended. Male bar staff was a legend. His day off and come and served us. Meals were amazing. Perfect size and price. Will be back more than once for sure. Owner is a legend 👍

Some nice relaxed dinning with good sized portions at a reasonable prise. The staff were friendly and easy going, the food delivered in reasonable time and simple but tasty. Portion sizes were good to huge (Schnitzel is huge) depending on what was ordered. We'll likely be back next time we feel like a laid back dinner with nice views of the Huon River.
