We enjoyed a lovely stay here. Great position close to town. Bungalow is well appointed with everything you could need and then some. Helpful and very responsive host.

The Bungalow met all our expectations. Great location within walking distance to the Milton main strip. The house is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need including a thoughtful Welcome Basket. Beds are super comfy and we were grateful for an efficient warming system as we hit a cold patch. There were a generous supply of towels, adequate cupboard space and the kitchen appliances are modern and in good working condition. The host Vicki was helpful and great to deal with. Thank you Vicki we highly recommend the Bungalow to anyone wanting a couple of restful days in Milton.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks from Milton CBD. You could not call the accommodation 5 star however. One of the rooms is spacious with a king size bed. The other 2 bedrooms are small, with one having a queen sized bed, the other 2 single beds. There are no rooms with an ensuite. There is a bathroom with a small shower and a toilet. There is a separate toilet as well. The kitchen is adequate. The oven is good, as are the hotplates and the fridge. The provisions supplied by the owner are generous. Entry is easy and well explained.

After leaving however we were contacted by the owner Vicky who suggested we had more than the 5 people stay whom we had booked for. Apparently the property maintenance manager lives next door and gave her this misinformation. I found her texts insulting and her attitude has spoiled the stay. My daughter found one of the single beds too hard to sleep on and had tried to get comfortable by using blankets to pad the bed. The accommodation certainly was not cheap for 2 nights and a comfortable bed is a very basic requirement. The attitude of the owner has left a nasty taste. I have never been accused of anything improper before and found her attitude to be offensive. Be aware that this is the calibre of the individual you are booking with. I will not be returning.
