We were gifted a Traditional High Tea at The Marion, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They catered to our dietary requirements and also you can ask for seconds. The food was very fresh. The scones were nice and fluffy, not dense at all, the sandwiches were amazing. Highly recommend.

We had the weekend high tea - what a lovely venue! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service fantastic, the food amazing. Even on a wet and cold winter's day, the room was warm and light. The tables were not squashed together, with beautiful decor and tableware. Totally rate it for a high tea experience.

Had a celebratory lunch there. Excellent food and service, and of course stunning views of Lake Burley Griffin. Reasonably priced for high quality meals ($65 for two courses, $75 for three), overall a very enjoyable lunch. We were recommended there by one of our guests and now recommend it to others.

We had our wedding at The Marion and from the moment we met with our wedding coordinator we were put at ease, nothing seemed too hard and I felt as though I could truely trust them. Leading up to the event Jana was attentive & made sure that we were 100% happy with everything.
Our wedding night was amazing, the service was wonderful, the food was next level and the team made sure to check in with me throughout the night to make sure I was happy. Our guests are still raving about the whole evening. Would definitely recommend The Marion for anyone who is thinking of getting married. Thank you again!

Amazing high tea @themarion.au

Absolutely stunning views and set up. They have a selection of around 25 different teas. The sandwiches were delicious and they even bring you out more if you need which was great. I loved the sweet selection and the pistachio and rosella tart was my favourite. I love the starter savoury plate that you get which is different to a lot of places you have high tea at. This comprised of cheese, jam, cracker, croquettes and a consommé. Deelish ?

We recently had our wedding at The Marion in November and couldn’t be more impressed by not only the location, venue and food, but the attentive service by the friendly staff. All of our guests raved on about the nice venue and great food. Despite the drinks package, people were lining up to buy cocktails as well.
The week before the wedding felt smooth and not stressful at all with the help of our wedding coordinator at The Marion.
