ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. My room was beautiful, super clean and the customer service was 5 star. Thank you so much!! Extremely prompt responses, and so lovely and courteous- your service was very appreciated.

I used to pay three times this for a room at a hotel nearby that bills itself as 5 star. The Manhattan is better than that 5 star place in terms of service, cleanliness, comfort of the bed and the sheets - just beautiful. The check-in process was super easy and meant I didn’t have to worry when I arrived very late due to rolling flight delays.

Teena headed housekeeping and was utterly delightful. Not only was the room in impeccable condition, she was extremely friendly and personable. So lovely!! Such a pleasure to be looked after by such wonderful staff.

Thank you so very much for an excellent stay. Top location, superb customer service and an absolutely wonderful stay. Absolutely top notch at a bargain price.

This restored location was a wonderful respite from the Wagga Wagga heat. The staff here are amazing and went out of their way to help at every request, including the Bakehouse below, which will keep you nourished throughout your time. Close to wine bars, cellar doors, and all amenities of Wagga Wagga, you are ideally located. Accessibility and accessible rooms are available. However, you may need additional equipment for the bathroom.

Convenient location to shops and cafes and easy to access parking, building and room. No reception, however, was not a problem at all. Team were very prompt and responsive to voice message and text. Details very clear in message regarding entry etc. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. Recently renovated bathroom. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Pokey room no access to fresh air, sunlight only from solid glass block "window", dungeon feel to it.
Room had a distinct sewer smell, the filthy bathroom air vent didn't help.
Towels stained.
Couldnt recommend it

Half consumed food and drink found in room fridge when I arrived. TV remote did not work, and TV was stuck on some American religious show with no ability to change channels or volume!! No wi-fi. Really can't recommend this place

Not sure if all the negative reviewers were expecting a 5-star room. Rooms were pretty decent and very well-maintained. All the amenities were provided in the room including a heater. The automatic check-in-out system was fluid and the common areas were kept neat and tidy. Couldnt expect more for a night's stay for as low price as this.

Not as what I would have expected Unfortunately.
Bathroom fan blocked with dust, no shower mat.Bathroom light on sensor which was a pain in the arse!
Bathroom floor grubby mopped with dirty mop. Secure parking at rear a joke, was never locked gates left open all night.

Most inaccurate description of a hotel. The room is described as a Queen Supreme room which sounds fancy, it is anything but fancy.

The check in process was non existent. I was supposed to receive an email with details of the room and code but never received it.

The chair had a massive stain on it. Toilet had not been cleaned, the seat and flush mechanism were broken. There is no ventilation in the room so it was very stuffy.

The Crockery and cutlery we're filthy. If you are looking for a good place to stay then it is definitely not here.

Safe to say if I ever come back to Wagga Wagga, I most definitely will not stay at The Manhattan ever again!
