I stayed in the private room with onsuite in September and glad I chose that room, very tidy and comfortable. Maria the receptionist was so nice to me and gave me tips for parking options in the future, she was so kind and I felt like I was at home. Will definitely come back 🙂

Good budget hotel with very tiny rooms, especially for single travelers. Good location about 25 min from the Sydney center, easy accessable by bus or metro. No lift, very narrow steps.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Excellent location, very clean and tidy charming room with ease of access and plenty of space. All kinds of shops, pubs, restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Well appointed rooms with all the amenities. The service was fantastic. Abby at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with an admin task that was outside of her job requirement and I was very thankful. Highly recommend! Will be my go-to hotel in Sydney now

Excellent location and room was perfect for a solo traveller. Walking distance to the gardens, city and train station - but out of the hustle and bustle.
My room was very clean and tidy, I was concerned initially about cleanliness of having a shared bathroom but it was also kept to a very high standard!
Staff were friendly and accommodating, Chloe had some great recommendations and local knowledge for things to do that weren’t your usual tourist hot spots.
Loved staying here and will be back again if I’m ever in Sydney again 🙂

The Single Room is much smaller than it looks online - I felt deceived.
There is poor reception hours, no communal areas, no sense of space.
My window wouldn't stay open.
The shared bathroom didn't have a bath and the shower was not good.
The bed wasn't comfy and just had one horrible sheet.

There was no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor - nobody offered to help me with my cases.

They didn't change my sheets one for a three night stay. When I messaged the hotel "WhatsApp number" nobody replied to me

In the morning checking out the lady on reception tried to lecture me on "environmentalism" - above all she was completely unsmiling with a droning voice.

You are better staying in a hostel. This is a weird budget hotel that offers little more than a hostel - the area has some very good hostels.

I regretted staying there, and the staff member told me that maybe I had the wrong idea and everything was clearly stated online - I felt like I was told off for not liking the place. I decided to leave this review after our sour exchange.

This hotel is a fantastic and surprising gem in the heart of the very hip and happening inner city Potts Point. The room provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay and restful stay.

The room has a smart ergonomic layout and a wonderful design flair that really individualizes the place and makes it unique. The staff were extremely helpful and the booking, check in and check out process was really easy.

The location is fabulous - a walk to the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Oxford St, transport and there are a gazillion amazing cafes and restaurants nearby.

Importantly, it is family owned and operated with genuine care for the environment - which I love!

Excellent value - Highly recommended!
