We booked our wedding date with this venue, but unfortunately had to postpone due to my fiancé's serious chronic illness. We provided the venue with many months' notice, along with extensive medical documentation detailing multiple surgeries and ongoing health issues. Despite this, the venue showed no sympathy and retained our full deposit, offering only a one-year window from the date of notification to rebook. We are extremely disappointed, as the venue's aesthetics initially charmed us and seemed perfect for our wedding. However, due to this experience, we will no longer consider getting married at this venue. I hope this review helps other couples or event planners reconsider this venue.

Had our dream wedding booked..
but due to an unforeseen serious health condition after booking. We communicated and told the venue we would have to postpone for the future as health comes first .
With many months notice and taking our full deposit . They did give us a year to try rebook but unfortunately we couldn’t because of ongoing health issues with many royal Perth surgeons letters provided too .
Got told “we will try rebook your date” any then maybe deposit back
It’s been 9 months now , Havnt recieved one follow up communication since

Could of? Did they try? who knows

Was passed onto there main group “ compass group” who neither ignore or don’t reply to our messages

Following the event, I've been inundated with inquiries from our managers who are eager to host future staff functions there, a testament to the success of our experience.
