quite cozy Espresso bar with pastries playing songs from radio. They use award winning coffee blend from Coffee Mentality, very balanced, not too ashy nor too biter. Some nice antique-look chairs. Some tables have power socket on the wall if you need some juice for your laptop or tablet. It's a coffee shop, not full meals. Friendly barista makes you feel welcome. Parking shouldn't be a problem as this area isn't very busy.

Tucked away in a small shopping complex in the industrial area, this small business is very unassuming.
The decor is simple and inviting.
They deliver on very friendly, personalised service and laughter.
Most importantly the coffee is strong, full bodied and sourced from locally roasted ethical Brisbane brand Coffee Mentality.
This coffee will help you survive the rest of your day.

Googled a coffee shop at the nearby suburb and found this little gem with a rating of 5.0! Tucked inside a local shopping joint, this coffee shop is a big surprise! Great coffee with strong flavour and a cosy sitting area ☕️

Unsure how this place has a 5 star rating. Coffee was ok at best and a mug of flat white is $6.5 which is a bit stiff especially given the quality

Everyone here has a genuine, friendly attitude to customer service so they don't seem like they are just going though the motions. The Loud Grinder is situated in a drab little line of shops but the people elevate the atmosphere so that it's much better than you'd anticipate.

I've had a number of iced long blacks and as they go they were pretty good. It's not really possible to make iced long blacks exceptional, they just need to have a decent taste that is less bitter and a good caffeine kick. If they sold cold brew I'd probably be back more often although I'd also be more critical of the taste as there is more latitude with what can be done.
I also had a nice cake that was perfect with the coffee.

I wish more cafes had such an authentic, real approach to their business but it's harder when you're just employing strangers rather than a family business such as The Loud Grinder seems to be.

This is a small cafe inside a small shopping center. But the coffee tastes great and the kindness of the staff makes the guests feel at ease.
