We recently took our friends visiting from America to Lulu’s for dinner. Our friends were truly impressed with the location and ambiance of The Lodge especially at night with the beautiful lighting highlighting the grounds. Once entering Lulu’s the restaurant had a relaxed feel with the staff being attentive but not instructive. Our selected meals came quickly and hot and with the clean plates collected ensured we had enjoyed our meals. We had our wedding here in August and it was honestly amazing. The location, the staff,the food, it was all perfect.
Every single guest that attended has told my partner and I that it was the best wedding they had ever been too, and will not stop talking about the location and the food. Which there was so much of and every single thing tasted spectacular.
I would highly recommend the lodge to anyone!

Attending a wedding is usually a joyful celebration with family and friends, but for the price we paid for accommodation and food, we expected more—especially considering we had to drive out to the nearest restaurant, milk bar, or supermarket for basic necessities. The accommodation was old and tired, but if it had at least been clean, I might have given it a pass. Unfortunately, the food lacked any flavor whatsoever. Sure, there was enough of it, but it’s hard to feel full when the food is tasteless.

The accommodation block was basically a rundown 70s motel, with rooms both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs rooms were particularly hard to access, thanks to some shaky, rickety staircases. I can't help but wonder if anyone has slipped on those stairs, especially if they were in heels or elderly.

As for the service, the staff was really friendly—that’s where the positives end. While they were a great group of people, they seemed to have no training in hospitality. We had to repeatedly ask for even the most basic things, like water.

It's such a shame because the resort itself is beautiful. If the owners or management put more care and attention into it, this place could be an amazing retreat instead of a one-time-only visit for unsuspecting wedding guests.

Disappointing response on enquiry for a small intimate family celebration for under 15 adults at restaurant or alternative with cake included and daughter wearing a long white dress on a Monday. Option if accomodation available. Received no assistance other than an unrealistic astronomical cost option of $23,000 to hire out entire complex. Then the audacity to recommend sister locations with similar pricing on follow up reply. They have advertised on social media for 1/2 and full day packages which was not addressed in email response. Bittersweet to now hear that a very similar event was actually accommodated for someone else last week.

We had the best few days celebrating our wedding at this beautiful venue. Our friends and family couldn't speak highly enough. The food across the few days was delicious and has been a key talking point from our guests. The Lodge made our wedding day seamless and flow stress free. The staff and on the day coordinator went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and filled in all the gaps for us. I keep looking back at the photos and still can't believe that was our wedding. Such an incredible location. Memories we will cherish forever.

Our girls trip has been amazing at the Lodge. What has made our experience so enjoyable was the great service provided by staff, but mostly I want to highlight the service that was given to us by the fabulous Emily. Emily was exceptionally attentive to our needs, her attention to details was beyond our expectations. Her personality is polite, friendly, bubbly and she was extremely helpful and is an absolute asset to the team at the Lodge. Thank you for making our staycation so enjoyable !!!

A lot of potential - stunning grounds, amenities, decor in the bar and restaurant, and the staff were lovely. However, they're in the process of renovating and I had an older, un-renovated room which was really quite lacking compared to my friend's room. It's a shame they charge the same price for this. If you're going, request one of the newer rooms. Would definitely return if the rooms were all upgraded.

The Lodge Jamberoo was an amazing place to have our wedding venue. I'd like to personally thank the staff at Lulus for their amazing service during out stay and taking care of my friends and family.

I'd also like to give a big shout out to Alysha for her help and support on our big day working together with our wedding coordinator, Amelia, to make sure everything went as smooth as possible.

Food was amazing which garnered lots of compliments from our wedding guests so well done to the food and beverages team. But the one thing that took my breath away was the venue. Rooms and the facilities for our guests were clean but our reception hall for dinner honestly looked like it came out of a movie. Thank you to The Lodge Team on making our special night so memorable. Also a quick shout out to Lachlan who cheered up the boys when the weather was bad and the amazing bar staff who cheered and congratulated us on our last dance. You've all been amazing and me and Bianca can't thank you all enough.
