Stayed here 1 night with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. This is a relatively new establishment. The room was very clean.|The beds and pillows were the best and most comfortable I have ever found. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom with a great shower. This is an amazing sports venue with all sorts of sports. It also caters to people not there for sports. It has a coffee shop. The security is excellent and free parking with excellent wifi. The only downside was that they charge a service fee for using cards but do not accept cash which I believe is wrong. If you don’t accept cash you shouldn’t charge a card fee.

Good beds, very bare bones rooms though. Both nights noisy with big school or community groups having late bbqs etc in the center of the place. Would not stay again.

Very comfortable rooms. TVs turn on by themselves so make sure you turn them off at the power point before bed time.
Great cafe and eatery 30 sec walk from lodge. Great facility for team accommodation.

I booked a room through wotif. I then cancelled well in advance of the date needed for free cancellation. This hotel then charged my credit card $100 without my authorisation. I spoke to three different people before a refund was issued. One kept saying I didn't cancel (even with email proof), one said they can’t refund only wotif can (!?) and finally the last person said the refund was issued immediately. Be very careful, if I didn’t chase them they would've kept my money.

Location is great for what we booked for. Television kept turning on randomly, we ended up switching it off at the wall!! Not much available in the room in terms of seating aside from one chair at a desk. A kitchenette would be a great addition, or just a sink and a microwave so people with food allergies have options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. Firstly, there was a hidden $100 bond fee that was not disclosed on the website or during the booking process, catching us off guard upon check-in. Additionally, the lack of a microwave in the room made it impossible for us to enjoy the food we brought along. The lack of basic information provided at check-in, such as how to use amenities like the air conditioning and connect to the Wi-Fi, was frustrating. Furthermore, the presence of locked gates at night was not communicated to us, resulting in us having to contact security to let us in after returning from an event. To top it off, the check-in attendant was rude and displayed an arrogant attitude when we attempted to transfer payment for our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor communication, lack of amenities, and disrespectful staff members. Don’t waste your money

Stayed here while attending an event at Sydney Motorsport Park. Obviously brand new, the whole place smells like a new car! Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and hot, good pressure showers. Full blockout blinds made the room pitch black even when the sun was up so had a nice sleep-in. Very well priced!

I arrived late after reception closed, they gave me a number to call on-site security upon arrival and they opened the external gate for me before meeting me at the accommodation to check me in. Great service.

The rooms are obviously designed for sporting teams attending events at the complex, however using it for general accommodation as well is a great use of the facility.

A great cafe only 25m from the rooms is ideal for breakfast or lunch too.

My only suggestions for this new establishment is that there is plenty of room for maybe a couple of comfy lounge chairs to wind down on. There is a kettle and mugs but maybe some complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate would be handy for when the cafe is closed. And perhaps a “Do not Disturb” sign for the door would be a good addition too.

Hope to stay here again!
