Really loved my experience here. I booked myself 2 hours in the bathhouse, and a 1-hour bathhouse plus 1-hour massage for her.

Really nice, natural atmosphere. Not too crowded even though we went at peak hour, and everyone was courteous and considerate

I really enjoyed the steam room and cold plunge. I spent most of my time going back and forth between the two, and I left feeling energised and light as a feather.

She said her massage was great. Very relaxing, but with a good amount of intensity where needed

Didn't take any photos as it's a device free zone, and it was nice to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with my own body. Time really flew by for those two hours

What a beautiful place. Well maintained, clean and peaceful. I love the small of the incense they have in the facilities and the relaxing music. Definitely I will come back soon!

A bit overrated. The interior is beautiful. I might sound spoiled, but when I go to a spa, I expect baths with bubbles, water and steam rooms with a nice scent instead of chlorine and at least a complementary towel. Half of the decorations are signs about what you are not allowed to do, which doesn’t give a great welcome. There’s only one space where you are allowed to talk, so don’t expect a nice catchup with your friend, you will be told to be completely quiet. Only one small, dark place to shower and get changed. I don’t get what the hype is about..

My partner and I visited this spa today and we both enjoyed it. We were able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I particularly want to highlight the wood fire sauna. That was my favorite.

However, I would have liked to see information provided for the corresponding pools, so that you can recognize which pool contains which minerals and what specific benefits they offer.
In addition, I found one hour a bit too short. In my opinion, 1.5 hours per visit would be more appropriate to really dive into relaxation. A few more loungers to relax on and some music to listen to would have also enhanced the experience.
Despite these small suggestions for improvement, I can recommend this place.

I used to love this place so much. The vibe is great, and the peacefulness is absolute. But I can't believe that only three seats out of the four jacuzzis work correctly with bubbles and jets.
They should put more effort and money into keeping the tubs cleaner and making things work if they keep increasing the price.

The Kiva Spa is a beautiful, tranquil & well maintained day spa boasting hot magnesium spa pools, a plunge pool, steam room & sauna. Some standouts for us were the gorgeous lush greenery throughout - you'd never know how close you were to Mullum town; the relaxing music played in the common areas; and small touches like creating a subtle scent experience in the steam room. I love that they limit the amount of guests per booking period, it really makes it feel peaceful & not too crowded. Well worth the money!

Divine space hidden in the heart of Mullumbimby. Steam room is sublime, wood fired sauna is lush, plunge pool perfect, and spas to suit your liking. Treat yourself with a visit. Have been coming here for many years, the staff are welcoming and this is the perfect place to unwind with an affordable price tag.
