We have been dining at the Ramsgate location for the past 5 years and every time we get provided with excellent customer service especially by the gentleman named Smith very kind and makes sure we are well taken care of. He goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Thank you for always making it a great experience every time. The staff in general who have been there long term also have been great and welcoming each time .

Actually dined at Mike's in Ramsgate RSL. Most times I will order the crumbed lamb cutlets as you don't see them on many menus. They do huge schnitzels as well. Always busy. The downside is queuing up to order and it can be a long wait for your food. Generous portions and kid friendly.

Quite standard pub meal but a little pricey. Not much service to rate since ordering is done on your own up at the counter and you have to collect your own meal. However, the interior of the restaurant is very nice with complementing decor and is a very comfortable area to dine in.

Good food, good size meals. I had the steak and prawns and had some of my wife’s Schnitzel, both were was good tasting meat was well done , I ordered medium, this was really the only fault.
Service is good but you have to order from the counter, sometimes can get difficult when your in a large group. Atmosphere is relaxing and a good vibe. Great place for functions.

Ordered chilli salt & pepper squid and a supreme pizza. The squid was overcooked and no chilli or salt & pepper and the pizza wasn't very nice, quite bland. Other clubs use a nice pizza base, this base was like a pre-made base sold at Woolies. Next time will try something else on the menu and hope it's better, as I've heard good things about Mike's

The atmosphere at The Kitchen By Mike's Grill is warm and lively.
There is an extensive menu with reasonably priced meals.
Pictured are two of the lunch specials (the grilled fish comes with chips also, however I just had the salad). Others in the group ate the steak burgers, southern chicken burger and Mike's salad. Everyone was happy with their meals and those who ate burgers mentioned that they were generously sized.
A shout- out to Sue at the counter for having such a welcoming smile and friendly attitude.

It’s a bit pricey for bistro food. My dish chicken boscaiola with chips and salad.. why put the sauce and chicken on top of the chips to make them soggy? Salad.. no dressing. What disturbed me the most and the reason I’ll never return.. having to pick up your own food at a raised counter while others have also had their buzzers rung also waiting for their food… leaning over the dishes.. touching others to get to theirs.. breathing on them.. as were the staff pointing out who’s plate is who’s. There should be a better system where food isn’t at the reach of other diners. It’s quite off putting.
