Great portions and great taste! Good coffee and great ambiance.
Situated at the corner of Laburnum Village which makes it a cozy hangout.

The chairs are a bit cramped inside and can be crowded at the front when several customers are waiting for takeaway coffee.

Has some lovely cards and gifts to pickup.
Ample parking around. Customer service comes w great smiles and greeting.

A bit pricey for some items. The price as per the menu did not add up rightly for our order- cud be card and weekend surcharge as a guess.
Would have been great to be offered a receipt regardless of the queue.

Overall a good local business well deserved to be supported.

The fish and chips were great. It's one of the better ones I've had in Australia. The fish had a special seasoning, and so did the chips. Coffee was pretty good, too, but a little small for the price paid. Overall, a nice breakfast/lunch place.

Joy Parade cute little cafe tucked away in Blackburn. Service ok. Food not great. Waffles dry. Bit disappointed when I can make the same thing at home for less than $20. 😜

Very good location, easy to get too. Not super crowded even around brunch time on a Saturday.
I ordered the waffles and an iced coffee. The coffee was delicious, but there was little ice cream in an iced coffee.
The waffles were very nice, crispy, and flavourful. I especially appreciated the fact they are homemade. Beautiful presentation and lovely atmosphere. Will be returning 🩷

Bright, clean cafe in located in leafy, suburban BoxHill streets with tasty food.
Surprisingly busy when we stopped in for midweek lunch. Our 5 meals all came out separately over a 15 minute period. (2 people were finished before the others had even started, and I was last served but every else had completed their meals by this time ☹️)

Very delicious food and good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly as well. I enjoyed the Joy Burger and the patty was moist but the crust was still crispy. My wife enjoyed the Joy Eggs Benedict and the hash brown was very good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Tucked away in a nice corner. Food was decent but nothing exceptional. Price was quite good and no weekend surcharge. Service could be improved quite a bit. The girls looked overworked and tired resulting in not many smiles. The Joy Parade was lacking some joy.
