The room was very basic. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have a little more attention to detail when cleaned. Check in was easy, using the sent PIN to gain access to the room.

😊: Bathroom updated and clean. Had microwave, jug, toaster in room. Easy to locate. Carport for car..
😢: Road outside was a little noisy overnight. Room was fairly small..

Not been here yet, going soon, will report back then, but phone dealings wih owner, have been good so far, had to cancel few months ago, they were very obliging and no charge, place has good reviews over many yes, wife and i looking forward to trying ii out soon;

We have stayed here twice now, over last 2 weeks, enroute to nsw and return, both times, very pleasant, good seemless check in procedure, very easy, motel txt pin number for door lock, u arrive, ph thru credit card details to owner, very obliging fellow, he then emails receipt to you; all quick and easy, no dramas;
1st stay, we had bit of a budget room, it was ok, just bit old looking, it was most importantly clean, smelt good;
2nd stay today,been upgraded to a newer renovated room, more modern tv, fridge, aircon heater, excellent beds, with electric blankets, u need them here in winter time, maryborough gets very cold, -4/6c, if u come to stay in winter bring your thermals or serious warm gear!
Very quite motel and area around it,no traffic noise!
We slept very well, good comfortable bed!
My only criticism, this is in other reviews, is water pressure and hot water, delivery speed to bathrm tap, i waited 10mins, standing there at sink, it did eventually come thru, but not overly hot!
I would suggest to owner to get on demand hws,instant to the taps, usually 30seconds!
The motel is old, been here in maryborough for many yrs, but rooms have gone thru updates over the years, its not the Hilton, but its clean,reasonable costs per night, good location, 5 mins fr centre of town, easy to find, good parking, its a bit of a hidden diamond in the rough;
I spoke with some regular guests last week, who stay here on a regular basis, monthly , they had stayed, as i have,at other local motels, and always come here for the reasons outlayed above, impressed with the basics; location, no noise on road, comfy beds, ease of booking and checking in, and impeccably clean rooms,linen etc;
I also wish to stay, room fee was not risen due to long weekend, kings birthday, so impressed with that too!!!

Stayed here at New Years. Booked in at very short notice. They have contactless check-in (via sms) but a dinosaur like me had no problems. Clean, simple rooms with a comfortable bed, what more could you need? Happy to stay here again. Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap, sensible accommodation.

Easy to find and booking was simple. It was helpful to have automatic check-in as we got there late and so the whole process was seamless. Very basic room set up but that suited us. Neat and tidy.
