Staff are wonderful. Very helpful and nice people to deal with. Room was nice and quiet big. Older, but clean and well looked after.
Only 1 downfall was our room was right next to one of the main exit doors which are quite heavy, which just meant when people started leaving at 6am, the door was slamming right next to our heads.
Besides that, it's a great place. Would definitely stay again.

For anyone like myself, who spent the 80's & 90's traveling around Australia, this motel offers a very familiar service. It's rare to find that these days and in less urban areas I miss it as this was a feature of domestic travel we've been loosing. From the biscuits with the kettle and milk in the fridge to the outdoor pool and parking, it's a nostalgic and comforting experience. That doesn't mean anything was dated or old/in need of work. Everything looked in good nick to me.||Of particular note was the service. I had an appointment in the morning so I needed to arrive prior to official check-in time. Experience has tough me to book an extra night to ensure access to the room when I need it early like this and I did that here. On calling the motel to book direct and explain the situation (so they didn't think I was a no show and release the room) they gave me a very good rate for the extra night, knowing I wouldn't be using the room on that night but rather booking so I had early access the next morning. Really great experience.

20/09-27/09 | 7 nights stay ?

Booked the normal suite:

Pros: Room is very spacious! Heaps of room to move around. Also a big bathroom. The space to put suitcases behind the door was very helpful for our 2x big suitcases. The smart TV was handy (just have to sign in your own profile). Heaps of carparks. Overall experience was good!

Cons: Rooms are old school vibes. Hallways are kinda creepy too when coming in the night. Curtains have holes in them so you could see the sunlight coming through in the morning. More security on the doors would be good too, wish there was a double lock instead of the old door guard latch. Rooms aren’t sound proof either. We could hear someone’s phone alarm from the room next to us and their conversations.

I would stay there again in the future if I’m back in the area ?

Our room was very dirty. The carpet hadn't been clean and there was sticky hand marks on the furniture and light switches. The receptionist kindly vacuumed the room and tried to spot clean the carpet. They said they would refund us one night tariff but they haven't. Don't stay here! It's also located in an industrial estate with broken down buildings next to it.

Customer Service top tier, very friendly. I can't really rate the food as it was a set alternative menu. The canopies were lovely, the entrees were okay the pork was dry though but the apple in the dish was yummy. Not the tuna Croquettes they were not it. The Lamb and gravy dish was extremely hard to saw through the meat. I did not get to try the chicken main. Very cosy clean and tidy establishment didn't know it was in Leumeah. 5 for customer service but the food was a let down

Absolutely horrible experience. We booked a room with a spa bath. The room is very old and literally falling apart. The curtains are falling off and the towel rail literally fell off the wall on one side. The fridge is dirty and there was leftover open milk from whoever was in there prior to us. There was hair all over the spa bath and then hair behind the taps in the bathroom. Not to mention this brown sludge stuff around the spa bath. I let them know and they said they sent up cleaners but the bathroom remained the same our whole trip. There was also holes in the towels. The customer service is horrible. The owner has said we would get a refund however has not given it and actually tried to charge our card another amount to which I have photos of and she has dragged on the whole experience for 3 days and still counting. It’s been a horrible ordeal, we won’t be staying there again.

This is a review of the restaurant. Absolutely terrible food. Oysters tasted fishy. Pork belly overcooked. Lamb backstrap was like offcuts. Lobster gnocchi was the absolute worst. Inedible. Gnocchi was soggy mash with raw flour taste. Lobster tasted boiled, probably to hide how old and off it was by the smell. Disgusting. Let them know as I was paying, woman said she'd comp a drink but didn't. Sub par service too. They can make a decent puree.

Dated but comfortable. You're going to find a few carpet stains here and there but it's expected for an older motel. Close to restaurants and clubs, this is a good place to stay.
