Had an unforgettable experience at The Grand! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully set up — the venue is elegant, spacious, and has a real wow-factor that’s perfect for special events. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail was clearly well thought out.

Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely incredible! The calamari was perfectly tender with a crispy golden finish, and the lamb shank was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — fall-off-the-bone tender, rich in flavour, and beautifully plated. Every course that came out was just as impressive.

What made the night even better was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure everyone was taken care of and genuinely contributed to the positive vibe of the night.

Whether it’s a wedding, formal dinner, or any celebration, The Grand delivers on every level. I couldn’t recommend it more — already looking forward to the next event there!

Attended a friend’s wedding reception here and honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. The entire night ran so smoothly, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. They were so easy to deal with — always friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfectly organised from start to finish. It really allowed everyone, including the bride and groom, to just relax and enjoy the night.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Each course came out beautifully presented and full of flavour — you could tell a lot of care went into the preparation. It’s not always easy to cater for a big group and keep everything consistent, but they absolutely nailed it.

The venue itself was stunning too — the atmosphere was elegant but still felt warm and inviting. It made for such a special night, and I’m so glad my friends chose The Grand on Princess for their big day. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue that delivers both exceptional service and amazing food.

Ms. Alex and her team made sure that all logistics were seamlessly taken care of – from the exquisite cuisine to the perfect setup of the floor and stage to ensuring ample car parking for our guests. Their friendliness and dedication made the entire process stress-free, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making the evening a memorable one for everyone involved.
