I recently stayed at The Gladstone Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD, making it easy to access supermarkets, pubs, and cafes, even on a Sunday. This was incredibly convenient for my stay.
My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.
The pool was great, and I appreciated the ample parking spaces available.

Areas for Improvement:

A couple of lights in my room were not functioning, which was slightly inconvenient.
While the room was clean, I noticed that the air exhaust outlet in the toilet was quite dusty. It would be good for the cleaning staff to check and vacuum these areas.
The room’s soundproofing could be improved. Conversations from neighboring rooms, as well as rooms across the hallway, were audible, which was disruptive, especially at night.

Unfortunately, the hotel’s restaurant was closed during my stay, so I can’t comment on that.

Just finished my stay at this hotel. It is well positioned for a variety of different dining experiences. The staff were very helpful and were accommodating of an early check in (i had a very early arrival). Overall pleasant experience and I would stay again.

Had everything we needed. Needs a serious deep clean throughout the hotel.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. I'd stay here again.
Staff were very helpful and. Vibe Cafe & Rock Restaurant have very good food, atmosphere and vibe. I felt the restaurant was a bit dark but I enjoy my time there with my family.
Thank you Gladstone Hotel staff and onsite eateries for a lovely time. I will be back. 🥰

I always stay at this Hotel. They have upgraded the rooms, restaurant, entry, elevators and the place feels good & is always clean. There is a great cafe attached now downstairs. I have only had breakfasts which have been excellent. The restaurant serves food which is on the higher end of pricing, however, the quality is there.

Nice hotel. Very clean and the front desk was very accommodating. We only stayed one night to transfer to Heron Island. Wonderful views of the ocean and marina. We went on Boxing day so many places were closed and so we can't review the surrounding shops.

Room was very neat and tidy. Proximity to town was excellent. |Getting a drink at the Rocksalt restaurant was difficult as the scan and order arrangement didn't seem to work.||Good place to stay and would recommend it. Good car parking availablel.

Great service. Room was very neat and tidy. Proximity to town was excellent. Swam every day. I may have overlooked it but no room service over the weekend. I requested none on Friday as I didn't require it but then nothing until Monday. Very good value for money

Spotless room with comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. It was nice to have all the facilities needed including tea and coffee making equipment and a nice pool which was welcome at the end of a hot day. Nearby restaurants provided very nice food.
