Asked for a HOT flat white and received a lukewarm LATTE. Carrot cake & muffins are homemade however very very dry so couldn’t eat them. Lack of customer service by the staff.

The floor and tables don’t seem to be cleaned after each customer. Won’t be returning and would definitely not recommend. There are better cafes in Albury.

The coffee was terrible and so was the service, had to wait 15 minutes for coffee and it wasn't busy at the time.

I ordered 2 cheese and tomato sandwiches and received and cheese ham sandwiches. I did not notice this mistake until after I had left the area. As I do not eat ham for religious reasons, this was very disappointing as it made my purchase inedible.

Attended cafe after attending GMC. Ordered tomato soup. Staff quick to attend to order. Served hot. A 1000 stars for their effort. Highly recommended

At last a good coffee right across the road from the Botanical Gardens! In the past this cafe didn't have a reputation for great coffee but their current barista is top notch.

Very average. Not the most friendly staff and no Internet so had to go elsewhere to work while waiting for a drs appointment. No the best solution when it’s a medical centre.

Not overly helpful. Seem to be more interested in pushing numbers through than in genuine care
