Thank you very much, Trish and Chris, for this more than pleasant stay! We enjoyed everyday in this relaxing athmosphere, having parrots directly sitting on the trees in front of our noses, getting a nice glimpse of the calm see. It was more having a private guide than being in a hotel. We got precious advices and had lovely days and wonderful trips to closeby sites at the shore or the nearby Stradbroke Island which is easy to reach. Trish and Chris always helped us to get there and away (because we did not have a car yet). A lovely spot to spend your time. We (granny, mother, two kids about 6 an 13) definitly recommend staying there! Thank you very much, Trish and Chris! We would love to come again.

Mum & I stayed at the Friendly Chat B&B for 5 nights while visiting my sister in a nearby nursing home. The apartment was lovely and clean, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very comfortable as well as beautiful views of the sea. Chris & Trish were wonderful hosts, even driving us to and from the nursing home when we needed and also picking us up from the airport. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Myself and husband, plus my brother and his wife stayed at the Friendly Chat from 30th April until 7th May. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. Lovely fresh clean bed linen, beautiful and well stocked bathrooms with every conceivable need catered for. I would recommend this venue to anyone, we were made to feel so welcome by our wonderful hosts Chris and Trish.

During the past year I had to visit the Cleveland area 4 times for periods of one to three weeks. Decent accommodations are very scarce at any price. In desperation I started looking at BNB's and was overjoyed to find The Friendly Chat! The rooms are clean, modern, reasonably priced and better than anything I had seen before. The breakfast was great and the owners most accommodating with my diabetic requirements. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere if you can stay at The Friendly Chat BNB.

This is lovely B and B with excellent facilities. The self contained unit offers privacy or as the name suggests a friendly chat.||||As a frequent traveler on hotel/apartment user I can say that the Friendly Chat offers all the comfort and facilities that one needs when away from home. Be it overnight or for longer periods this accommodation is ideal and not to far to from Brisbane City or airport approx 25 minutes.||||Indulge yourself next time you are in the area and enjoy a relaxing stay.

It was pretty and very friendly it was very nicely placed would go their again thanks so much.I thought it was very nice had what u needed and very well decorated near beach very comfy beds and very well kept place near a convenience store and bottle shop very handy.
