From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and full of character. The coffee? Easily some of the best in Sydney, smooth, rich, and always consistent.

A special shoutout to the beautiful, friendly girls behind the counter, not just for their smiles but for their genuine customer service and attention to detail. They bring real charm and energy to the place and make every visit feel special.

The pastries and food are also top quality, and the fit out gives off that perfect rustic industrial café feel. It's clear they’ve put heart into this place.

Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates top tier coffee and service with a smile.

I don't know if it was Jacinta or the coffee machine but wow, the banana muffins was warmer up properly, coffee even with oat milk was perfection.

Such a great place to come grab a bite to eat, there sweet range is also good. Cakes from papas 👌☕ coffee is great. The decoration is so nicely done and thought out well. Using old style fridges, tvs, and unused kitchen cupboards. Good way it's all been recycled and re-used. Good customer service. Great coffee and food.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Sydney. Always look forward to my Caramel Latte. Nic and the staff always make you feel welcome. Recommend the Swishroom or Yoghurt bowl for breakfast. My go-to for lunch is the Pasta Pappalina or Cartoccio.
I always look forward to Factoria!

Service was ok but food was really bad. Had the chickpea and shroom breakfast and both were disappointing.

The chickpea burger was extremely greasy (literally dripping in oil), very little flavour and the chips were not cooked at the right temperature so came out rubbery.

The shroom breakfast lacked flavour. Apparently had ricotta sprinkled around it but it was so tasteless.

Both meals were pretty expensive as well. The juices are decent though but also quite expensive. Won’t be coming back here.

2 stars just because the patisseries look beautiful and the atmosphere is great.
Unfortunately I've chosen what you see in the picture. I simply asked to change the type of bread (a simpler one) and I've been told "chef" doesn't allow changes on the menu, fair enough, but hash brown was oily and the chips looked and tasted like if the were some previous client's left over. One day I might come back for the sweets.
