Really positive experience, I’ll stay here again. Prompt customer service via text. Easy check in process. My room was quiet and had a window. Forgot my toothbrush- so appreciated the one provided!

The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, not that i slept, the bass from the nightclub kept me awake all night through till 7am. I can see why they offer late checkout (11am) so you can catch up on sleep.

Delightful and comfortable room. There's no window, just a skylight. The bathroom is well designed. You'll get everything you need here: towels, soap, fridge, tea and coffee making bench, TV and powerpoints for charging your phone.

You will need a four digit code to access either of the front or rear doors. Then you need to find your room, and grab your key from a tiny locker beside the door. You'll need to prop your door open as it swings shut. On your way out drop the key in a box beside the stairwell.

The rear door opens out into the laneways. It's a bit tricky to find your way back. I also had trouble entering the code later at night to get back in.

There was audible music from the nightclub in my room but it didn't bother me.

There were delicious apples for us to enjoy by the front door.

Got our checkin code half hour early, so went to check it out. The room was being cleaned. Fruit provided for a snack, lovely apples. Room is large, but no lounge. Awesome light in the centre of ceiling, like a skylight. Not a lot of storage area for clothing but we were only staying 1 night so didn't matter. The bathroom was wheelchair friendly, but no hanging space for clothes or bench around the hand basin for your things. No parking, but there was a parking area close by and as it was the weekend, didn't have to pay. Plenty of tea, but no coffee. There was however a voucher for a coffee at a nearby coffee shop.

The staff over the phone were very nice we recieved ask details promptly and easy to follow. Rooms were lovely very clean good beds nice unique bathroom very refreshing. I wasn't happy with the after hour phone we rang 2 times with no answer figured out our problems. Also location was Coffs but finding park was a hike with bags

Such an easy check in process, didn’t have to ask for assistance once! The room was spacious and had what we needed.

Beware the bathroom sliding door! Very see-through with no sound proofing, so be comfortable with who you’re staying with. Had to have the tap running while using the toilet to keep others from hearing. Despite design on the door, there’s an obvious outline when anyone’s in the bathroom.

Initially booked a room that was over looking a nightclub the receptionist on the phone explained this room might be a bit louder than expected and that this was the last room. She then said that she might have an apartment available and that she would be happy to upgrade us for free. Great communication and customer service, would 100% recommend 🙂

Stayed here for two nights with my friend to see some friends in the area. The rooms were absolutely comfortable and clean, and provided a nice home away from home instead of the usual plasticy and soulless atmosphere. The staff were always of assistance and happy to help whenever needed. The location was unbeatable in Geelong and that combined with the stylish atmosphere makes a truly enjoyable experience!
