Basically a pub with tables for dining, food was okay. There is a venue area for touring bands that has to be seen to be believed... This isn't a tavern in Edge Hill regardless of the name, it's right next to the bowling alley in Manoora...

Great food.

I haven’t been here since I was a kid in the 00s.

Our family ordered fried chicken, a chicken burger, pork belly, pork ribs, beef cheek, lamb shank and a steak.

Every dish was incredibly tender and delightful. I ordered the pork ribs which came with generous sides and genuinely fell off the bone.

I haven’t had such a good feed at a pub for years.

The bathrooms were clean and staff very attentive/helpful. In addition, this venue is queer friendly.

Good place. Free real capucino at the pockies, but you have to ask for it and they'll bring it to you.
Staff is friendly enough. Rekaxed and efficient. Food is pretty good

i was served by a new employee she has purple hair currently and was the most souriest person i have ever met, from the time i walked in to walking out she never once smiled, i know work can be stressful but for the past month of going there she has never smiled and being to rude to everyone, today she was making me a pink lemonade and accidentally pored coke in it, she huffed and threw the glass into the sink then ran out of the pink syrup stuff for the drink and threw that empty glass on the counter and stormed off to go find more of the syrup, the whole time being served i felt like i was not wanted, i miss the old staff haven’t seen them in a bit maybe no longer on night shift but this women seriously needs to check herself.

Marla in the public bar is an absolute gem and I pray she never leaves. Her working attitude is second to none.
Management is very generous with bar snacks which in itself is very much appreciated among the regular customers and says a lot compared to other establishments.
I just wish the company who owns the pub will dust off the cobwebs in their stingy wallet and do some renovating!
Keep up the good work to the current staff.
