For the price it wasn't too bad. Rooms with single or double beds. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Guests are responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen which at first I though would be a disaster but surprisingly everyone pulls their weight and the kitchen is clean and tidy. The bathrooms are clean and provide services as intended. There is an older "wing" which is a little dated and as such appears rundown despite their cleanliness. Peter, the owner/manager is great to deal with. I certainly wouldn't disregard this location for a short stay. Great place to consider if you were working temporarily or a uni student.

I recently spent the night at The Edge guest rooms in Lismore. Peter, owner and manager was very pleasant on my arrival. The rooms are in Goonellabah, just out of Lismore. The rooms are very presentable and the pool area looked very inviting, apart from it being a bit cool for a dip. I would certainly recommend this establishment to anybody. The Chinese restaurant around the corner is also a must.
